I came out for the grand opening after seeing the event advertised as having food samples, giveaways, and a drawing. I drove 20 minutes each way—40 minutes total—expecting to try some food and support a new local business. Unfortunately, it felt like false advertising.
There were no actual food samples as advertised. The event was mostly about seeing the space and buying from their menu. While I wasn’t expecting a full meal, I did expect at least a few tasting options, especially since that’s what the event promoted. The staff was friendly, and the space itself is nicely decorated with a unique vibe. They did have a beer truck offering samples and later offered chips and salsa after realizing people came expecting food samples.
