Tommy was amazing! All of the food he prepared was made fresh and tasted delicious! Even the tortillas were mixed fresh on site, and cooked to order. The carne asada, al pastor, and chicken tacos were all grilled right there and were super tasty. Beforehand, Tommy communicated well and left us feeling like we were in good hands. On the day of the event, he arrived on time and brought everything with him, from utensils, plates, accompanying salsas, and even a table and tablecloth to serve the food. Overall, Tommy’s setup was clean, well-organized, tasty, and great value. We had an amazing experience with Tomas Taqueria for our baby shower event. They are Very reliably. The food was delicious! The meat was cooked well and the tortillas were well made. Tacos were well loaded with meat! They provided all the sides such as rice and beans, and all the toppings you can think of for your tacos. They arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time, right on time and prepared the food right away. All our guest loved the food and service. They are also supper flexible when needing to make changes to the menu to adjust to food restrictions. I will most definitely continue to hire them for future events. I can't say enough good things! Tommy responded to my initial inquiry right away. We found a time to chat where he explained everything, then followed up with everything in writing via text.

On the day of my event, he showed up on time, set up immediately (the backyard smelled delicious!) and got to cooking. The guests LOVED the food (it was so special seeing them make the tortillas by hand, in front of you) and we now have delicious leftovers we can eat in bowls for the week!

Overall, he's exactly what you need for an event - responsible, responsive, and delicious. Most importantly, he made the experience 100% stress-free, which is exactly what you want when hosting an event.
