McDonald's — Restaurant in San Diego

Worst customer service. I had a credit which they were supposed to put in the book, but apparently didn’t even though I did save the receipt they told me basically, I was a liar, and could not give me my credit that I was supposed to have also told me that I should have used my credit in a more timely matter since the credit was from October, even though there was no expiration date written or told. The manager was extremely rude, telling me that they never have problems with anybody and I’m the only one that’s ever called about an issue, which is funny, because four people in the lobby as well had issues with their orders. I go to this McDonald’s almost daily for breakfast and have never had a problem until today. I even called ahead to verify that it was OK to use my credit because I had forgotten about it. The girl on the phone said yes, no problem so I went out of my way to go to this location to use my credit and was told no. The way this situation was handled. Was very poor. Pretty disappointing to lose a customer over a credit. But as the head manager of that location told me I am one in the millions that go there and that they are the most trafficed location and are doing quite well. So if you have a problem, it doesn’t matter because there is 1 million more customers that they can take...

I absolutely hate this McDonald's, I have never had my order made wrong so many times like at this location (villa de la valle) or been given excuse after excuse by the so called managers here. They give me a cupholder full of ice cream and then ask me to park ?!!!?!? Who does that? I told the girl at the window that I didn't my ice cream to melt so she snatches it back with a huge sigh and says go park then. Are you kidding me?!?! I don't care how long your day has been, there is no reason to treat people that way. And then, when the food is brought out to me it is the same ice cream. Melted OF COURSE. Saul specifically is absolutely horrible and rude. He laughed in my face , kept inturrepting me and insisting that my melted ice cream was "just made". Only after I asked for his name did he offer to make more ice creams. Ridiculous. I absolutely refuse to come back to this location and I tell all my family and friends to stay away (all of whom have had similar experiences mind you) Idk what the hell is wrong with some of the people who work here but they should not be in food/customer service!! Horrible, horrible HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS...

My wife and I went there around 12 midnight and it was a ZOO ! By the way , we had just spent six hours crossing the Mexican Border, The whole place McDonalds was in a mess . It was one of those places where you have to order from those large electronic menus . I ordered a Happy Meal with NO onions and a chicken sandwich ,simple ha . Ten minutes later , they brought out my order. They brought out the chicken sandwich and happy meal. The happy meal had a chicken sandwich in it. I told the manager , I did not want a chicken sandwich in my happy meal. She told me , the happy meal doesn't come with a chicken sandwich , I opened up the happy meal and SHOWED HER THE CHICKEN SANDWICH ! She said Oh , that chicken sandwich. Five minutes later , they brought out the hamburger (with no onions.) The hamburger looked like a TWO YEAR OLD MADE IT ! Very , very sloppy and messy, it had ketchup on the OUTSIDE of the bun ! I will never visit that McDonald's again. For my troubles , the manager stuck two tiny apple pies in my bag and said she was sorry for my troubles. I too said I was sorry for visiting this...
