Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

I’m impressed. I made my order through the Starbucks app, which had stevia for the sweetener in my coffee. Got my order and went outside to eat. After eating my breakfast sandwich 🥪 my blood sugar continued dropping (yes, I have Type 1 diabetes).

I went back into the store and the barista said to me “Miss Jill is everything OK with your order?” I said yes and can I get two sugar packets? She told me that my order did have the two Stevia requested in it and she brought me two more Stevia. I let her know that I actually needed sugar packets because my medical condition was dictating that. And she brought me the two sugar packets.

I am impressed because she remembered my name and my order. This is the closest Starbucks to my home and less I want to go to the one inside the nearby Vons store. Are the store tends to be busy and I understand why. I will...

Came here on the Sunday afternoon to use the washroom and ended up going back with a coffee too, haha.

The barista was super friendly to talk to.

My husband got the seasonal Toasted White Chocolate Mocha (espresso, steamed milk and caramelized white chocolate flavors, topped with whipped cream, red sugar sparkles and crispy white pearls) but Decaf and Almond Milk.

The steamed frothy milk was on point, and the sprinkles were so pretty on top too! He loved the drink - it was sweet, like he liked it. I found it too sweet for my taste, but that might also have been because I had too much whipped cream in my sip.

Only one downside is that the drink wasn't too hot. It was just warm when we got it, so we had to finish it really quick or it would get too cold too soon and wouldn't taste...

My mobile order went thru on my phone and the charge came off my debit card but when I got there I forgot her annoying name. Tells me they're having issues with their computer and they didn't get my order, same thing happened to the customer in front of me. I said well I get the same thing daily and here u can see the charge on my debit card..she says I don't know what days that charge was from, you need to pay again. I said so I'm lying and making this up to get a free drink? Can u believe she wouldn't just say sorry about the situation ill get ur drink, ur here every day and are a good customer . Instead I'm called a liar and made to pay a 2nd time...we can't just give out a free drink she says lol...Janelle was her...
