I got there at 1030 and left at 1124, I waited 54 MINUTES for my drink last night, to make things worse I arrived at the front of the drive thru window, the EMPLOYEES ARE FIGHTING with each other. The employees name was Elena and she was speaking to another female employee about her not knowing how to do the job and how the guy making the drinks did not know how to make drinks. I WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 10 Minutes to get my order in given I have to repeat it 3 times! The girl working the window walks out. The service was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am extremely disappointed in Starbucks and the way the customers have been treated. Not to mention the drinks we received were wrong! I can't express enough how disappointing this encounter has been I am emotionally distressed by the wait time and the service I received last night. Dont mind the ghetto look of the establishment. I would say that the last bit of descent customer service that it did have in the past has completely been destroyed. Recently I have gone to this place few times to finish homework for more then a few minutes and, I would get a warning from a customer saying I needed to purchase something or I would be asked to leave. After that warning! ( was not even 2 minutes) The same employee returned and, told me if I will not purchase anything to please leave! Last time I checked or I could be wrong but, I didn't see nothing of a purchase being required for use of internet terms. I have seen too many people cancel their orders or complain that it took 30 minutes for them to get their drinks. My two beverages, simple ones too (like a cold brew), 20-30 minutes, on the two evenings that I have gone to this location.
Typically I have seen other Starbucks locations apologize for the delay and give you a gift card or something for the trouble. I didn't see that here.
The baristas did not know that the new drinks that are on the menu are ready to be served.
Cleanliness of the place was ok at best.
The music selection isn't typical from what you would hear in Starbucks.
