I have come to this Starbucks three times in a row and they’ve gotten every single drink of mine wrong. The label on the cup would be right SOMETIMES but the actual drink would be wrong. My last drink was actually supposed to be a strawberry açaí substituting the water with the lime refresher but the cup read Stawberry açaí refresher WITH CLASSIC SWEETENER and that’s what I got which was nasty. Today, I go in getting an iced white mocha with the blonde espresso (which was written on the cup correctly) but what did I get instead?! I get an iced white mocha with BREVE. THIS IS BEYOND THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE...

They’ll keep you wait...wait and wait until you notice that several people that ordered after you already got their orders and left. Your next step obviously will be asking about your order, then you’ll realize that they totally forgot about your order and your empty cup with your name on it is sitting neglected and lonely somewhere on the side in their working area.
