I love your parties—they’re always amazing and delicious! If I could give you 7 stars, I absolutely would, especially for your marketing and packaging.

However, your distribution system really needs improvement. Over the past two months, I’ve visited your location 10 times at different times of day—morning, midday, and evening—and on five occasions, I couldn’t buy my favorite pastries. Either they hadn’t been packaged yet in the morning or they were already sold out by the time I arrived. I’ve seen other customers also walk away disappointed because the shelves were empty, which doesn’t reflect well on your business.

Customers spend time visiting your store, expecting a satisfying experience. Your sales staff often recommend ordering online in advance, but not everyone wants to wait a day to get fresh pastries—they want them immediately. This not only results in missed sales but also in disappointed customers who either love your products or are eager to try them. I can only imagine the lost sales and frustrated customers every day due to this issue.

While the bread here is undeniably delicious, I'm extremely concerned about their new display and handling practices. It's absolutely unacceptable that many bread items are now displayed in bulk without individual wrapping. Every time someone uses the tongs, the bread keeps touching the display cover, and there's no way to know how many other customers have handled or touched these items. This is a serious hygiene issue that needs to be addressed immediately. I've been a customer here for a while, and they never used to display bread this carelessly before. The decision to change to this unsanitary display method is completely baffling and frankly disappointing. To make matters worse, because nothing is pre-wrapped, checkout has become painfully slow - customers are forced to wait while cashiers individually wrap each piece of bread. This is not only inefficient but also frustrating for everyone in line. The management really needs to reconsider this change. The current setup is neither customer-friendly nor hygienic. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the baked goods were at this boba shop. The flavors were delightful, and the prices felt fair, which is always a nice surprise.

When I signed up for their rewards program, I got a free dessert, which was such a sweet bonus. My only small critique is that my boba drink had a bit too much ice, which diluted it slightly. I’m sure I could’ve asked for light ice, though, so it’s no big deal.

Compared to other boba places I’ve been to, this one really stood out. The facility was very clean, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy my food. I didn’t feel overcharged, which is a refreshing change from some other shops. The baked goods were high quality, and the overall vibe was welcoming.
