However, your distribution system really needs improvement. Over the past two months, Iāve visited your location 10 times at different times of dayāmorning, midday, and eveningāand on five occasions, I couldnāt buy my favorite pastries. Either they hadnāt been packaged yet in the morning or they were already sold out by the time I arrived. Iāve seen other customers also walk away disappointed because the shelves were empty, which doesnāt reflect well on your business.
Customers spend time visiting your store, expecting a satisfying experience. Your sales staff often recommend ordering online in advance, but not everyone wants to wait a day to get fresh pastriesāthey want them immediately. This not only results in missed sales but also in disappointed customers who either love your products or are eager to try them. I can only imagine the lost sales and frustrated customers every day due to this issue.
