Love coming over here for bike night and all my motorcycle needs! Has a ton of parking and the staff are always very friendly. This shopping area has a wide variety of different stores so you can pretty much stop for anything you need. Looking forward to coming back.

Great variety of Shops at this location from Food, Poke, Office supplies & a great supermarket with some interesting food concessions inside…

In order for this review to receive 5 stars, a big area of improvement would be to create more parking.

For example, create parkings stalls that are less cumbersome but wider so they fit today’s average to mid-size vehicles/SUV’s..

Overall solution/benefit to business owners & customers:

More parking = More Customers = More Income for businesses.

Fact: If I do not find parking after circling around twice, I LEAVE and will go shop somewhere else that provides a more convenient/safer shopping experience…

Wider parking stalls will leave customers with the peace of mind that your automobile door/bumper is less likely to be dented (which my car door was dented)…

Swung by here for Mitsuwa when we were down in San Diego. Not a bad plaza, but parking was crowded. I didn't see any security guard, so that's the reason for 4 star. I'm used to seeing security guards here in LA, so I didn't feel as safe when we swung by.

Now, compared to LA, this Mitsuwa was expensive. 2L Calpico here is about $6-7 at Mitsuwa now and is on sale for $5.99 right now, but this Mitsuwa was selling for $7.99. Even Santouka didn't have all the menu that we have here in LA, so I thought that wasn't too good. On the other hand, they still have Niitakaya, which LA no longer has it. We bought a bunch from here since we missed Niitakaya's pickles. Definitely will be back for...

Parking spaces are too narrow. My small car can't fit between spots and gets dinged all the time would like to speak with someone about getting repainted

*Update. Heard back from Hawthorne crossings and they said they have to follow a city ordinance for a certain number of parking spots per business. Apparently they don't have to follow the city ordinance of parking spaces being a certain width. Minimum 9ft + ingress/egress (room for doors to open. The current width of each spot is about 6ft 7in not even 8 ft with ingress/egress.

Another company that only cares about profit not it's customers. Just like the businesses in this...
