Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in San Diego

I used to like Taco Bell but not when I decided to walk in today and was hoping that I could place an order with a real person rather than , just an order machine.

When I walked in, no one greeted me, every Taco Bell employee was either focused on the drive-thru or working in the kitchen....

What happened to Taco Bell customer service??

I guess this is not important anymore as they expect an order machine which they think is user-friendly which it's NOT! Is this supposed to earn them a 5 STAR review, absolutely NOT!

For almost $16 for a combo box meal, I would expect I could find someone to at least help me to take my order as it took almost 10 minutes trying to get the thing to work and trying to delete an item that charged me for 3 combos almost. I was so frustrated I was about to leave. However I thought I would go up to the front counter and try and get someone's attention, WHAT A MISTAKE!

Honestly you would have thought I was invisible and every employee was either mute or simply wanted nothing to do with me, as I was what I appeared to be or at least felt like, was an interruption.!!!

I DISLIKE the way Taco Bell has decided to cut corners, AND BY DOING THAT, I have Experienced BAD customer service, a BAD experience, ZERO POSSIBILITY that I'll recommend Taco Bell to my friends and family!!!

I'll never come back...

I liked this particular Taco Bell because they seem to go out of their way to please their customers; the old style 50's blues/rock n' roll music is for easy listenin'; the restaurant's interior and exterior was clean as were the restrooms. In fact, whenever I choose to eat at a Taco Bell KFC, this one is IT! The customer service was excellent and my order was really put together well ; I ordered three tacos, two tostadas and a small bucket of "popcorn chicken" - the latter is steam cooked so that the chicken is dry and not oily. The food items that I ordered were actually were nutritious, containing all four essential food group classifications and seniors get a free soft drink. There was plenty of parking and it was a good place for me to just relax, or for a small group of friends or for a family. There were a number of daily bargin specials and a "before 5pm discounts" and also $1 specials. Actually they received 5☆'s on a number of occasions however, in my case, whether you receive 4☆'s or 5☆'s, my rating score for "fast food" diner is not as complex and if I change my mind, then I have to rewrite the whole review. They are located on the west side of Linda Vista Rd. of off Eastman Street. I hope to see...

These people don’t know how to get any order correct. I just ordered $50 worth of food. The guy at the window assured me everything was in 1 bad and everything correct. Every single thing accept for the cinnamon twists are wrong and half my kids have nothing to eat bc of allergies. I have tried calling and nobody ever answers the phone. It’s rush hour traffic, my kids both just tested positive for the flu and now this. I was already on the freeway so I can’t turn back and be in anymore in traffic bc they need to be in bed. Oh and to top it off the jerk didn’t even give me a receipt so now I have spent $50 dollars of my earned money and can eat like $5...
