Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Diego

Im actually very shocked at how rude and disrespectful the graveyard shift was to My family in I just because we don't have a car. My husband and I took our daughter out to get some food cause she wouldnt go to sleep and she really wanted taco bell so since we only live less than a block away my family and i decided to walk there. of course when we get there the dine in area is closed so my husband knocks on the door and asks if we can order something quick for our baby to eat and then try and shu us away. like "we closed, leave" so we like oh well but my daugther really wanted it and kept asking so i walk up to the drive thru window and ask can i order im at the drive thru and the lady stands far fr i tell om the window going no no no go away you cant order! so i tell her come on i got my kid and she really wants taco bell. she says very rudely says no and walks away so im mad and so is my husband and my baby. We were about to leave when my husband sees a lady in a truck pull into the drive thru. He goes over to ask her if she can order us the food because they didnt want to sell to us. She says yes and asks us what we want to eat. As my husbands telling her the lady comes over the speaker telling the lady in the truck she cant order for us because she already told us we cant order food from there and told us to leave already. So the lady in the truck gets mad asking Why not? they have their kid with them , why wouldnt you sell them food? then the lady says go to the window to order so she wont take our order. well she did get us our food and after she gave it to us a worker comes out of the taco bell saying you need to leave i already called the cops . i was just astonished thatthis little girl would have the nerve to even treat anyone like that who is just trying to buy some food. haha for my kid no less. I used to go to taco bell a couple times a week because i live so close but not anymore. i already filed a complaint but im going to be doing more! i know this is a long review and probably not many will read it all the way throughbut if you did. try to avoid taco bell at all costs. Let me first say it's not always like this BUT this past 2 times in a row that i don't "round up the change for donation" I get the crappies hard crumms of cinnamon twists, no ice in my soda and my nachos bell grande are a GRANDE disappointment with old tasting chips and just prepared like crap On this recent visit again with the mistakes simple bit still mistakes The food was good that's why I keep coming and it's the closest in my area But I do have to ask ( I've hurd this from other upset customers)Do you really need a college degree to round up the order and put it in a bag??? They are good at asking you to " donate, round up " your change for what ever cause they are asking (this time I did ) and still miss the little details. I make sure to ask for sauce,napkins ice or no ice and even have to remind them to throw in a straw.Really if I'm ordering a soda do I still need to ask for a straw? Is I say get me sauce and napkins and neither one makes it in the bag The simplest things.. I've been coming here for too many years! Last year a noticed a change on employees and they were working really well when it came to costumer service. But this have been changing this year with too many mistakes and lack of costumer service. Let me share my experience of this time...

During the drive through order I was asked if I wanted any hot sauce and I said yes, and requested fire flavor sauce. I also ordered a pineapple whip freeze with my entire order. I got my food and I asked if there was sauce inside the bag and the lady said yes. I pull a bit to make sure I have all my food because they always make mistakes at this store. I only had 1 packet of hot sauce and no straw for my drink. I parked and had to walk to the restaurant and some guy covered in tattoos handled my request of more hot sauce and a straw. The guy came back with a bag with 4 packets of hot sauce and one straw. I ordered food for two. When I got home I realized that my pineapple whip was actually just a slurpee and not the whip. I'm here to spend my money but don't treat me like I don't matter as a costumer. Its a simple task, don't ask costumers if they would like sauce if you are not going to give them any, and don't ask if my order is correct on the screen if someone else is just waiting to...
