Where do I start?? I have to start with the service. The hospitality was un paralleled. I met Miguel Sr., and Miguel Jr. When I stopped in. Miguel Jr was the first face I saw when entering and he immediately made us feel at home with his friendliness. Then to my surprise Miguel Sr also came out to my table and gave us a warm welcome. Our server was Marisol, and not only was she very fast and checked up on us frequently, but she had a smile that never went away, and quite frankly was contagious! Every server here moved fast, tables flipped quickly, and the service was a sight to see! The food? Out of this world! Everything we tried was off the hook!! From the quesadilla mulitas, to the beautiful protein packed taco El Comandante, everything looked beyond beautiful! My must try aside from the amazing tacos de birria, is the burrito tatemado! The burrito was oozing with flavor, dripping with cheese, and the meat had a slight crispy spin on it. The seating is easily available, and they can accommodate large parties easily. The parking lot isn't the biggest, but 15 of us found parking easily, and had a table prepared quickly. There are thousands of taco joints but this one is on a whole different level of excellent. Easy five stars and my new favorite spot when I roll through! Tha k you Miguel Jr and Sr! You guys have a gem...

Birria Taco Birria Quesataco (Handmade Tortilla) Birria Tatemado con Nervio Consome

The consome came out first and was a great start. I like ordering the consome since it gives me a good idea of what the Birria will taste like. Not too salty or greasy, and had amazing flavor. I chose to get it without the meat since I had ordered the 3 tacos. The standard Birria Taco was a great place to start. The Quesataco was next with the handmade tortilla. That cheese and tortilla combo was tasty. But my favorite out of the 3 was the Tatemado con Nervio, which is the Birria kinda fried which gave it a slightly different taste. That along with the bits of tendon is one of the reasons I would come back.

As for service, it was very fast and inviting. Miguel and his staff were also some of the friendliest people I have come across stateside which is the main reason I would come back. Overall amazing… it was like eating at friend’s house who knows how to make...

This place has THEE BEST BIRRIA tacos! There isn't a long wait to be seated like other well known places. It's still so new that not many know about this gem. Tacos are made with fresh hand made tortillas...or if you like ur tacos crunchy n orange (if you know u know) then they use the packet tortillas. Either or, the tacos are delicious! They also have tortas and quesadillas. Another great quality of this place is their customer service. They are MASTERS of customer service. The staff is very very very friendly and welcoming. The owner greets you and your party as if he's known you since elementary school and are the best of friends. He shakes your hand and seems genuinely happy to see you, I mean, he greets EVERY SINGLE TABLE if he didn't get to greet you at the door. Food and service are TOP NOTCH 👌. I highly HIGHLY...
