Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in San Diego

Ordered through the Teriyaki Madness app for delivery. Noticed later in the Teriyaki Madness app that it had been changed to pick up. I called the store directly, as recommended in the Teriyaki Madness app in the HELP menu, about changing it. They didn't seem to understand that the order was placed through the Teriyaki Madness app, and not through a 3rd party app, or didn't care, as he kept telling me that when I ordered through Door Dash or another app that there is nothing they can do because all he does is make the food. I spoke Spanish, he still refused to listen. I tried to cancel through the Teriyaki Madness app, the proprietary app of the same name as the restaurant, and got a message that I had to call the store directly to cancel. The employee refused to help, again, misunderstanding that the proprietary app only allows cancellation through calling the store directly. I don't know if I'll get my money back or not. He said he was going to talk to a manager, after snarkily telling me that if there was one in the store he would have let me talk to him already, and told me to call back in 5 minutes to talk to a manager. I had seen the add at my house a few days ago and I told myself it looks good however I was truly disappointed today when we decided to try it for the first time we ordered our food to go and got some drinks and he decided to get Pepsi of the machine well it was out and we told the guy that took our order and told us sorry I don't know how to change and we said cool will get something else and while we where waiting for our food I noticed that the Sriracha was bad on all the tables one of them was white and I told one guy that just walked him and handed him the one that had white in it and told him the other 4 where bad he said thanks and left them alone and sat back down and waited some more almost 1 hr later since they took our order we get it and when I get home I open the bags one of the bags had the teriyaki sauces they gave us spill all over everything and when I finally tried the food it tasted rushed the rice wasn't all cooked the noodles I ordered where all stuck together it looked like a baseball and the chicken some of it was over cooked it was not even close to what I...

Decided to give this place another but it seems these guys are unable to follow their own recipes. Ordered chicken breast teriyaki white rice with broccoli and spicy chicken yaki style with veggies, simple right, wrong. Some reason they switched the proteins. So the spicy chicken was put in the rice bowl and the chicken breast was put in the yaki style with let's face wasn't even yaki style. Noodles were undercooked, Seriously. Now I have diarrhea. $20 an hour and these people still can't get it right, plus i tipped? I'm good. Looked like management was there too but she didn't say hello or nothing. Didn't even check the food to make sure it was right. I understand now they don't care about they're customers or they're preferences. But they definitely take care of their friends.
