Ikon Coffee — Restaurant in San Francisco

I come to this coffee shop at least five days a week and couldn't feel more blessed to have it in the neighborhood! Marcel and his mom who own the shop source and roast beans for the coffee/espresso from around the world and are constantly looking for ways to up their coffee game. They also make all of their own pastries, chia seed pudding, breakfast sandwiches, and other evolving breakfast delights right there in the shop with the help of top local chefs. The atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting, and everyone who they have hired as baristas have kind personalities that genuinely care about developing relationships with customers and even their pets! It’s such a cute, happy spot tucked away in the Potrero Hill area. I love how open and airy it feels — there are a few seats inside and plenty of outdoor seating. The two large roll-up windows give it a fun, garage-style vibe that lets in tons of light.

They roast their own coffee beans and when you buy a bag, one coffee of choice is on the house. Coffee was delicious and made perfectly. Non-dairy options of milk - oat & almond.

The staff is beyond sweet. The barista who made my coffee was really nice, and we chatted for a bit. If you’re wondering why this spot has 5/5 rating, step inside the coffee shop to find out for yourself! This is easily the best cold brew I’ve had in SF. Fair price, robust flavor, not watered down at all. Made with a careful process that never touches hot water. Can’t wait to have it again.

Everything about this coffee shop is well thought out. Very nice interior, with a bar seating in front of a huge open window. Everyone that works here is patient and nice. I got to meet the owner Marcel who is very kind and passionate. They will be expanding their menu soon, only been open for 60 days.
