JJ Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in San Francisco

It was my first time experiencing this eatery on the corner of 3rd and Revere, San Francisco, California. The customer service was awesome!! I tried the banana pudding. It was creamy taste like home made. The order I placed was the two any way; fried chicken wings and fried cat fish fillets with a side of macaroni salad. To wash it all down a cold Hawiian punch. I was a bit disappointed, though. I did not get what I expected. My fish was not in whole fillets. It was to be an order of three whole fillets. When did we start cutting the fish up? Maybe it's just me. I cook, and when I create a plate of fish, it is not in nugget sizes. JJ, I am putting you out here!!! My favorite fried chicken joint in the city. It's very no-frills, but the chicken is on point (well seasoned, well fried) and their fries are dope. The fried seafood items are also good, but not as satisfying. The sides are meh. We eat at JJ's enough times that the staff feel like my extended fam. I went here with my husband right after I found out that I was pregnant and cook that day was the first person we told about the news. He was so sweet! Cutting onions and using the dredging station set up for frying fish seems like a more profitable no brainers to me. Quality of their fish is supurb so ill continue shopping there but no...
