I came here to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax when the lady was waxing my eyebrows she made them very skinny and hit my dermal piercing causing my piercing to get infected and fall out of my face all because she was rushing for another client that was coming in because her nail broke the next day I don't recommend this place my dermal piercing cost $100 plus the jewelry which was another $100 plus the worst eyebrow wax and the worst pedicure I came to this establishment because I live in the area I guess this what happens when you try a new place I recommend you go to daisy's nails in mission district they actually value their clients and do amazing jobs and never rush because of another client DON'T...

This place doesnt deserve a star! But I had to do it to vent..Not only are they money hungry! I have been getting my nails done for over 18 yrs. The technician had the nerve to tell me they won't last because I'm wearing my own nails. NO! you dont know what you are doing.. She didn’t apply any primers to my nails and they lifted within a week. Charged me $5. for polish on my toes she did a pedicure on. Don't pedicures come with polish? Good for pedicure but not much else, I asked for a French manicure after getting a pedicure done and after I still had flappy bits of skin left all around my cuticles. My manicure started chipping less than 6 hours after commuting home. I woke up with the whole edge flaked off the French tip on my thumb despite me having taken absolute care, no hot shower bath or dishes.
