This is one of those counter service style taquerias where the ingredients are all hot behind the glass similar to a Chipotle setup. They have all the staples and a particularly large Shrimp based menu. The staff was friendly and efficient during the order process and when I asked her to make it spicy she definitely knew what to do. I got a carnitas super burrito which comes wrapped in foil with chips on a plate. The burrito was tasty, well wrapped and well proportioned for maximum flavor. The meat was tender and well prepared. I have been eating at the Taqueria for over 12 years and i have never had a problem with the food or service. The Chicken Mole is my favorite and The Pollo Asado is my second choice.
