Mr. Pizza man is a mission district staple. Serving 3 generations in my family. I enjoy their food the menu is. Accommodating And most dishes. Taste the way You expect them to taste However, most recently, the quality of the pizza has fallen flat. I don't know what it is, but it's just not up to par. As to what you expect from Mr. Pizza man pizza. For lunch, did you have a nice lunch? Combo menu on the wall to the right of the cash register. This menu gives you a lot of Bang for your buck. When in a tight spot with dinner, I usually grab the chew topping extra large pizza with the free Coca-Cola. This used to be a great bargain, but the prices have won up if you use a card to pay. The price goes up. I have looked at my receipt to configure the price jump. Unfortunately, they do not itemize on their receipts. For this reason, I stopped tipping. Back to the beginning of this post, where I suggested? They are falling flat. I think they are just relying on their name because, as I say. Mr. Pizza Man is a mission district institution. folks from the Mission are loyal but not foolish, so Mr. Pizza Man, stop playing and get back to what you do best, making good tasting affordable...
Read moreI ordered over the phone and the lady who took my order was rude. She hung up the phone before I was able to ask questions or confirm that they got my order correct. When I went there to pick up my order, the lady gave me attitude when it was time to pay. She also had an attitude when I had a question about a surcharge. It was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place. People should care about treating their clients with respect and not like they are an inconvenience. To make matters worse. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I payed 35 dollars and got the wrong pizza. Maybe if this lady wasn't in such a hurry to hang up and get rid of me, she would've not messed up my order.
If you are wondering about he flavor? It was a 2 out of 5. I don't know if it was because of the bad customer service or getting the wrong order but it was not worth the 35 dollars.
There are many pizzerías in San Francisco. People should not feel entitled to your business. Go somewhere else.

Read moreNo sense of customer service. I ordered in for pickup via Uber Eats, arriving just as the app said my order was ready. It wasn't. They hadn't started it. I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Ten minutes later I stepped back into the restaurant. They still hadn't started my order. It's not as if they were particularly busy either. As I waited, I oggled the cheesecake in the display refrigerator.
When my order was finally ready, 20 minutes after I had arrived, I pointed out that they hadn't started preparing my order until 10 minutes after I arrived, and I asked for a free dessert to compensate for the extra wait. The cashier said "sorry, I don't have it."
I'll tell you 3 things you don't have: any sense of customer service or business savy; the 5-star review I posted on Google two years ago as a loyal fan and repeat customer; my...
