I developed an abscess after being exposed to Staph while in jail. It took me a few days after noticing the intensity of pain of the what seemed like a back pimple but felt much more painful to go to the hospital. After checking into the ER the nurse gave me one slit and told me to come back in two days. I did so without hesitation as the abscess did not appear to get any better. After going to urgent care on the second day they rushed me into the ER again for emergency surgery to drain the abscess. None of the anesthesia was working (not the numbing injections either). I would burst into screams of pain every time a pus pocket/blast popped inside of my body as the doctor scraped my insides. I was staying as still as I could during the screaming and pain. Deep breathing help and I could not help but start laughing at times (internally). Gripping the hospital bed to assist me in keeping my left side body still and relaxed simultaneously. It was intensely painful. I can not explain the pain. The procedure was otherwise a breeze and I felt so much better afterwards. The doctor asked me if I wanted to continue since it was so painful and none of the meds were working. There were only a couple more pockets left and I wanted it all gone so I told her ignore me and get it all out. I was terrified to have to go through it again the next day since it was still so tight and I have never had to go through this kind of procedure before. They assured me everything was fine and it would drain properly on its own now. Amazing jobs! I will post photos of the abscess before I got the first draining, the first draining, the second draining, it healing and it all better now.

Saving lives is a God-sent gift. When ones life ends unexpectedly under medical care, this can incite anger, confusion, blame and grief. Zuckerberg medical staff did all they could. And my loved one still transitioned. 2 neurosurgeons 2 blood clots Severe stroke Pre-existing medical circumstances all came to a point where life could not be preserved. Every medical person and chaplain and social worker was Compassionate. Affirming. Accommodating. Communicative in layman's language and medical professionalism. I was waiting on a miracle from man's hands. I was waiting on a miracle from heaven. I was waiting for a clear & outstanding signal to comfort my disorientation. After I tearfully and anxiously read the 200+pages medical record my spirit was confirmed they did everything to try to save my loved one's life with as little and as much invasiveness allowed in hopes my loved one woukd have an expedient and hopeful recovery. The doctors even preserved not sharing how quickly my loved one was slowly becoming more illed. I saw the liquids changing color, and the Docs didn't want to psychologically influence me to make the most difficult decision a family member has to make. Machine living with no life. Or no life. And God spoke. From x-rays, to treatment, to invasive procedures. Man did what man could. And God did the rest. And my loved ones soul is resting. Like mine. Free from distraction of "what if's", "maybe's'" and "do more." "Words are our breath. When you speak, use your breath to speak words that inspire the life force of another's soul."

Oh, I always feel well taken care of by my Zuckerberg and his angels. It's always an adventure going here. Exciting lifestyle hospital hotel like hospital. I have yet to find it but someone said there's a secret dance club in one of the patient rooms where Zuckerberg himself will appear and dance. Very good care but computer monitors are propped up with tissue boxes in the dermatology ward etc. Please, billionaire zucky give the Genny more money 🙏🏻

Posting about my personal unpleasant experience in the emergency department of this hospital. The article is a bit long. Thank you for your patience in reading it. First: On April 28, 2020, my husband suddenly suffered a stroke and went to the emergency room of this hospital. They did not return the phone. Second: At about 7 a.m. on December 30, 2023, the 911 emergency personnel sent him to this hospital again. In the emergency room of this hospital, some medical staff were very rude and played with their mobile phones. His family asked her when someone would call her. Let me tell you about the patient's current condition. Because my husband can't talk or walk and has a low IQ, the medical staff who was playing with his mobile phone at the door of the ward was a foreign woman and answered me unhappily and told me to wait and someone would be here soon. , I waited for about an hour and a half, but no one paid attention to me and my husband. When I asked her for the second time, she said unhappily that she would wait a moment. She was still playing with her mobile phone there, and another half passed. A few hours later, a Chinese woman who spoke Cantonese came over. I told her that my husband had not eaten or drank for two days and should I give him some salt water. She said that he had been given three generations of water, but I saw that there were indeed two bottles hanging on the shelf. The third generation saline solution was not used by my husband because his blood pressure was very low at the time due to lack of water. I asked this Cantonese-speaking Chinese woman, you have given her an intravenous drip of three generations of saline solution, why there was no urine in the small bucket he was urinating in. She told me that it was because my husband was severely dehydrated and had absorbed all the urine. I was confused at the time. He was so dehydrated. Why don't we give him some saline drip now? She was unhappy (the Chinese woman) and told her manager that I was harassing her. The patient has been in the emergency department of your hospital for a day without telling his family what happened. The family members went to the hospital emergency room and waited for two or three hours without being attended to. Instead, they complained about harassment. After a while, a foreign woman came over to me with her hands in her pockets and told me that I was harassing their nurse. I left immediately and talked about a lot of topics that had nothing to do with work. She said that their hospital was run by the government and only treated gunshot wounds and serious patients, etc. She kept the government brand on her lips and said, this Do you want to demonstrate to your family members? More than an hour after she kicked me out of the door, one of my husband's doctors said that my husband was very seriously ill. When I went there, I already discovered that my husband was severely dehydrated and his mouth was chapped. He could not speak or ask for water. I asked them to transfer me to another hospital immediately, but they disagreed. Anyway. I have completely lost trust and affection for individual medical staff in the emergency department of this hospital. It's very rude and irresponsible. I hope the management of this hospital can read this article and carefully observe whether the individual medical staff here work seriously and responsibly. The hospital is a place to treat...

I feel really bad to must to comment in here today. Because the most of the doctors and nurses of that hospital plus clinic they do their best to help us patients plus to try to make them the most confortable possible. On June 2013 I had an apendicitis surgery and I was admited to the hospital all the nurses were amazingly good to me. Very into their jobs. Cheking on me periodically plus being extra nice trying to make me confortable asking me if a needed anything. There was a nurse named Julia apparently from Portuguese backgrond, since the begining she was not very nice to me. She was treating me in a very rude manner since the begining when I did ask for a pill to sleep when I told her that I have fibromyalgia for that I need the pill to sleep Julia just was lauging of me and she did not gave me the pill to sleep for that I keep bothering her to get that pill and I never got it the next day she told the nurses that I was a pain in the ass the all night but she did not explained to them the reason I was a pain in the ass. The last day of my stay at that place the doctor told me in the morning that he needed to know that my nausea was away in order to discharge me. He said wait until 6pm. At 6 pm I ask the nurses to call the dr to ask them if I can go home or not because they were changing shifts nobody listen to me. Finally a nurse told me I had to stay one more night because the doctor left and he did not discharged me. Julia(nurse in charge of checking on me the night before was arriving and she got upset because I was to spend another night at the hospital and maybe she had to take care of me that night) she took vomit from another patiente in a jar and emptied it all around the toilett on the floor when she saw me getting up to go to the restroom. I steped over the vomit that was smelling like hell and she left laughing. I tought that she did that to make me leave the hospital that night. Imagine me still with nausea trying to make a big effort to make the nausea from the surgery away and she doing that to me. I almost vomited again. When another nurse call the doctor he came and trying to cover Julia for what she did to me he just discharge me but before that incident no doctor showed up to discharge me even if I called them many times. That is insane how a bad nurse can make the life of a disabled patient miserable in that hospital but I am most surprised how supervisors help that bad nurses to cover it. That night I did asked to talk to a supervisor and she/he never showed up Firstable they should not discharged me because I was still with nausea from the surgery and second I feel bad because the good and fine job that the Phillipino and latino nurses do there with us and that bad apples spoiled all thet good job. By the way I am latina and I feel shame for them regarding treating patients. Of course they have a due date to complaint but sick people is busy recovering without time for complaints. I strongly believe in karma. one way or another life is going to...

I was taking a shower and a splash of water hit my right open eye, the following day I had a spot in it and I was not able to see trough it, I went to my doctor very concern because I am a diabetic, my doctor immediately sent me to the San Francisco General Hospital. when I got to the hospital the only thing wrong with my eye was that I had the spot and I was not able to see trough it, and that was all!!.. This young doctor took me in to his office and started to puck my eye with Q’ tips, but the time I came out of his office my eye was all red, it hurt very badly and it felt like it was going to pop out of my face, this was on a Friday, they told me to go back to the hospital on Monday at 8 a. m. because they were going to operate on my eye,

On Saturday the pain was so bad I decided to put some ice in a plastic bag and put it on my eye, I left the ice on it for about twenty minutes, when I took the ice away the spot and the inflammation was gone and I was able to see perfectly but red because of all the blood on my eye, because of what that doctor did to me.

On Monday I went to the hospital as scheduled and the first thing that I did was tell that doctor that the spot was gone and that I was able to see perfectly, but they took me in any way and put me under anesthesia, when I awoke I was so sick, vomiting and with diarrhea, it feel like I had hepatitis and a lady doctor told me that they had not done the operation because it look like my eye was healing on his own, but by then it was all red, it hurt badly again and I was not able to see out of it, they made me wait a month but my vision never came back, they operated, they put a bubble on my eye, the bubble went away but my vision never came back, I lost my eye, all I see is cloudiness and light reflections.

This people made me half way blind and for this they charged all together about 40.000.oo dollars to Medicare.

I want for the San Francisco General Hospital to return the money that they scam from Medicare.

My San Francisco General Hospital card Number is: MRN 00614926.

My friend Ron and I live together, he knows that I had no more problems with my eye when I went to the Hospital. I was happy and commented with him that I was able to see and that I no longer had any problems.

I think that these doctors have some type of quota that they have to fill with the hospital and probably they get some type of commission, so if you have insurance best be very careful, because they are thief’s and they will do anything to scam money from your insurance, do not trust these people and may the good lord put them in hell where they belong.

Thank you so much!!.....
