The popcorn chicken is good; however, be sure to specify "popcorn" when ordering chicken. I had apparently neglected to specify that and noticed that they had given me 5 skrawny , over cooked chicken wings. While still at the counter I pointed out that there was a mistake and the lady rudely ignored me then pretended that she didn't understand English until another customer came in. Since they don't let you review the order or give you a receipt, she eventually pulled up the order and pointed out that was what she entered albeit not what I wanted. In my experience, businesses taking an order provide options in order to clarify or help the customer with their decision if their request is initially vague. They refused to exchange the order, which had not left the counter, refund me my money when I said I didn't want food I didn't order, and then told me I could place another order with the correct selection but would have to pay full price in addition to the order I didn't order nor want. First time I went got strawberry banana smoothie it was so tasty the next day I went it was 2 different people order the same thing with strawberry boba there was no and sweaters in my smoothie so I had to drive back and ask for them to add flavor cause it was lacking flavor a lot they took it back and I 100% sure they reused my smoothie I brought back in cause it was still watery I ask for a smoothie. Their popcorn chicken is very good! Very soft and just very yummy. Their boba and tea and etc is like what you can find in a lot of other boba stores.
