I feel bad giving a 1-star review but it’s really the only rating that feels appropriate.
They screwed up my sandwich the past four times I went. My order is not complicated by any stretch. In fact it’s pretty simple.
The portions are small…I mean tiny. I don’t need (or want) a humongous sandwich but the size is minuscule - the smallest I’ve seen in San Francisco by far, and I’ve been to dozens of delis throughout the city. It’s not as though their prices are lower. Not at all. Their prices are actually on par with some of the most expensive sandwiches I’ve had in SF.
Last but certainly not least, the wait. It’s bad. Like real bad. Like nothing I’ve experienced before. I don’t mean waiting like 10-12 minutes. Today I waited 31 minutes for my sandwich! The wait is always atrocious, so much so that it’s usually what deters me from going.
It’s not as though the sandwiches are amazing and the lines are out the door. No. It’s because they are not well-organized, not well-staffed, and they don’t operate efficiently. Not to mention they need to expand their sandwich making area and add another 1-2 employees. They have this big dining area where people just stand around waiting for their sandwich. They need to expand into that space so they have more sandwich making capacity.
Unfortunately I won’t...

Atleast it was good (other than the fact it was soggy and dripping with something while I held it), not spectacular, but definitely above average. Do yourself a huge favor, and take the extra 5 minutes to go to West Portal Subs instead. In fact, you'll probably make up the time to get there because the sandwiches show up immediately, and they taste...
Read moreI’ve been here a handful of times just to fulfill my sandwich cravings. Sandwiches are fine, but the way their system is lined up makes it take up to 20 minutes for one sandwich. They prepare one sandwich at a time, from start to finish, and then begin their next order. It’s not the most effective way to build food at all. Their ingredients aren’t very fresh either and taste cheap...The Mollie Stone’s on the strip have better quality ingredients and a sandwich can take up to 7...
