I was looking for a ramen spot for lunch after the Zoo and stumbled on Sing Siu Zai Min. They have a ramen menu and a dim sum / Hong Kong style menu. We got the Brisket Ramen and Xiao Long Bao, both were excellent! The brisket ramen has a clear, clean broth that was flavorful with a perfect, slightly sweet aftertaste. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern, much more so than other Asian restaurants in the area. The presentation of the food was fantastic. I know my way around the Sunset chinese food scene and think this will be our go-to for the near future.

Also talked with the owner Kevin. Super nice and personable. They just opened last week and will be expanding the Hong Kong side of the menu soon. Can't...

Came here twice - once with a large group for lunch and once more with a friend on a weeknight. They recently expanded their menu to include more drinks and items.

One of the owners, Kevin is very friendly and welcoming. He also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

There are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. I enjoyed the broth of the two different ramens that I’ve tried. I also liked the Xiao long Bao as well as the spinach and mushroom dumpling. Not pictured but also ordered were the calamari and veggie egg rolls. The calamari came with a yummy wasabi mayo. Both items fried well.

Would love to come back and try more of their small bites and drinks. They have contactless payment and...

Honestly this restaurant has an identity issue. Is it a Chinese dim sum spot? Is it a Japanese ramen shop? Is it a Asian snack shop? That’s what I thought when I walked in and saw the menu. I ordered the teishoku set with the oxtail, the string beans, and a soy milk. The food is not bad but considering the price and I waited 25 minutes for my food to come out I sadly have to give this place 2 stars. There was 1 server for the whole restaurant and maybe had about 7-8 tables filled out of 12, I saw only 1 cook in the back but the server was very flustered and kept assuring me the food is ready when it wasn’t. The prices are also very expensive my set cost me about $26-27 after tax and tip. I will not...
