The service was horrible if your a teenager do not come here, they will not take you seriously and won’t treat you with respect the boba is very hard, and bitter. Peggy was disrespectful and kept scoffing at us, it was too expensive for the little amount of food we had, we got boba for 8 dollars and it was very small and bitter. Drinks were poorly made the lady laughed at our face, taste wasn’t great and we waited more then an hour for simple food. Do not come here and if you do I pray you don’t get peggy everybody was disrespectful and we could tell people were obviously speaking about us in their own language while pointing at us. The server was so slow and we were gonna tip beforehand but left no tip as the service was so horrible and food...

I wouldn't say I venture out to the West Portal too often, but gems like Snow Bliss, definitely make it a compelling reason to!

They specialize in bingsu, but their menu is huge, offering everything from popcorn chicken, to rice plates and noodle soups. If you're in the mood for dim sum, they have that too!

I ordered the popcorn chicken, wonton noodle soup, and matcha bingsu. The popcorn chicken was notable because it's made Chinese salt and pepper style, which made it really fragrant and savory. Not many places do it this way, but I think they should! Wonton noodle soup was also pretty solid, and the matcha bingsu was refreshing. This is a cute cafe that has both legit meals and desserts and drinks. It's located near the end of West Portal, and there are parking spaces on the street in front of the cafe and on the residential streets behind the cafe. The cafe was spacious, clean, and had many open tables. The server was also attentive and took our orders quickly after we sat down.

We got the tiramisu bingsu for ~$18 to share. There was a slice of tiramisu cake along with 2 scopes of vanilla ice cream on top of the coffee flavored bingsu, and there were also sides of condensed milk and Oreo that you could put on top of the dessert. The bingsu was reasonably sized and every part tasted so good. It was even better than the tiramisu bingsu at Sulbing...
