Starbucks — Restaurant in San Francisco

normally starbucks is a lovely and inviting experience. I love saying hello to the baristas and picking up a cup of coffee.

unfortunately here one of the employees came across as both rude and condescending.

The overall experience was far from inviting and felt hostile.

Simply asked to use the restroom before ordering and the bald headed barista behind the counter gave a sarcastic response that came across as berating.

Thankfully Creightons next door is both family owned and worker allied. They’re always so welcoming when we come in.

Highly Highly recommend stopping at Creightons for your coffee and pastry needs. They make you feel at home and like family.

This Starbucks is noticeably different than other branches. They’ve gotten my order wrong a number of times and the line to pick up drinks is poorly run. You often see people waiting but their drink is ready, it was just never called or put in the “online orders” group even though they ordered in person. I have been coming to this Starbucks once a week for years. Unfortunately after today I will not be coming back. All I tried to do was order a large drink and a brownie and the woman taking the order tried to make it so hard to just order the drink.And the whole time she sat there giggling about it.
