The absolute worse I come there every day literally spend so much money daily weekly monthly yearly. Most of the mannagers that works there are so rude and petty. Like everytime I walk in the door they turn the WiFi off and say that is down at that exact moment every single day. An if it's off every day why, don't they at lest look at it or have someone look at it. Also they claim that they have no control over it but they don't even bother to check or look into why it works sometimes and it doesn't work all the time and of course they get an attitude. Plus they're snippy,snappy and upety, if you ask a question or ask for condiments or utensils Ect. But especially if you complain about the cleaning up of the bathroom, dinning area(which is usually disgusting and sanitary quite a bit of the time) The regular staff is on point unlike they're management counterparts. It's really disheartening because like I said I come there every single day and they treat me with utter contempt and disdain but they treat some of the elderly customers like I would like to be treated. If it wasn't for the regular staff who are exceptionally nice In fact if it wasn't for them I would have stop coming to this McDonald's along time ago! Even though it's conveniently on my way home. The weak management make me dread ordering my food or any interaction because I know it's going to be bad. As a retired/disabled veteran because I was blown up in combat. This specific location does seem to be an all around experience, Service does seem to be great, the employees can be nice or rude, it depends on just plain luck. The ordering process is kind of intuitive, but they force everyone to order via a speacial LCD panel then go to the counter if you pay, this is not good for the elderly or someone that doesn't like using the machine, and it defeats the purpose if your still going to the counter to order again. During peak hours the service is awful, the order seems to be messed up occasionally, McCafe machines always broken, BUT, they put priority on large orders and drive-thru, so if you expect your small caramel iced coffee to be made quickly, you will be mistaken. The employees barely show emotion, many of them are not estatic for working there, which is kind of sad and gives some reasoning behind the lackluster service. This location is best to go to in non-peak hours, it is better to go to the McDonalds inside the Walmart on San Jacinto Ave, the service and staff are much friendlier. Read moreI have encountered 3 bad customer service with their manager on duty. Today, I do a curbside pick up order, I arrive, check in into the app, and I wait. It’s been 20 minutes, I reach out to the gentleman doing to deliveries to the car and stated that I’ve been waiting for a while now. He apologizes and says he’ll come back die to him doing an order. I wait another 15 minutes, still nothing. So I decided to go inside and speak to someone, luckily the manager on duty was available, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but it was a Hispanic women, she was rude. Not once did she apologize or acknowledge the issue. Just asked what was my order, I tell her and then tells me to park. So I go ahead and park, i waiting about 5 minutes and they bring out my order. The bag had my name and time that I place my order at 2:05 and I didn’t get it until 2:45. And they still didn’t bother to make my order fresh, they just gave me the bag that has been sitting there for 30 minutes. My food was cold and they forgot my sons apply juice. Ridiculous manager, she needs to be retrained because that’s not acceptable. I chose to not go back because my son was already agitated by being in the car so long.
