Bossman's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

I will have to say this was an overwelming amazing experience! Me and my girlfriend came here looking for vegan pizza and it was soo delicious. Living in San Jose there are already a limited number of optionsd when it comes to a restaurant having a full vegan menu, so we were already excited to try Bossman. As we entered Bossman himself was upfront at the register and greeted us. As we approched the counter he asked if we were eating vegan or regular and helped us to the vegan menu. There were a ton of options from: pizzas, burgers, sandwhiched, appitizers and desserts. We ordered our beers, picked an appitizer and tooks a pizza reconmendation. We got the Vegan Garlic Bead with Cheese, jalapeños and Onions and the Vegan BBQ Chicken pizza. Both was amazing and if you haven't tried vagen cheese just know it doesn't exactly melt like dairy cheese but some how they figured it out. The garlic bread was crispy and fluffy. The pizza had no flop to it. It was the perfect amount of under crust with a fluffy top. The pizza was baked perfectly and it came with flavors to match. While we were eating Bossman came to our table and asked us how were were enjoying our food and then later his wife came, who also runs the pizzaria, to check in on us. They both told us their story of how they use to run a franchise of a big pizza corp. and that they wanted to incorpate vegan options because they were vegan themselves, but the pizza corp. wouldn't let them alter the menu so they sold the franchise and went into business themselves. They both talked about their dedication to providing safe and great tasting food to all their customers vegan or not and you can taste their commitment in thier food and the way they do business. I 100% would reconmend this...

We ordered 4 extra large and garlic bread for pick up. It was cooked in time and service was great. But pizza did not leave up to the expectation. It was recommended by one of the friend but we really had a disappointing experience. We ordered two bread sticks one regular and other one vegan. Base was bit heard and we were expecting fluffy and crunchy. Then we moved on to pizzas. We had two vegan and two regular. in regular , we order paneer tikka masala and chilly panner. Paneer tikka masala pizaa was blend and we had to put many things on top of it including salt. It tested blend. I am not sure if they missed anything to put on top it but it was just too blend. Chilly panner had some taste compare to other one but again we had to put tons of things on top it for us to even eat it. Overall disappointing experience for regular pizzas. Jain Ranch was quite good. Jain pizzas were bit better then regular ones but my friend even felt that taste and quality was not up to mark...

As a vegetarian, I am so happy to find so many wonderful options and a variety of delicious choices — with quality ingredients! Every food item is clearly made with love, as the owners personally say hello, and extend their best to ensure as a customer, I am satisfied! I love the charm and kindness of their approach to taking care of customers, they truly make me feel at home! I’ve been a customer to Bossman's since 2019 — and I can say out of all of my travels, this has been the best pizza I have ever tasted. I am a cheese lover, and this is the only place where I can budge and enjoy their vegan pizza & sandwich options. The flavor is unreal!
