Cha's Kitchen — Restaurant in San Jose

We were really excited about this new spot since it opened in the area. Interior was really trendy and looked like a great place to have a drink and watch sport by the bar. Unfortunately our experience with the service was extremely disappointing. We’d asked the waitress about what one of the items were. English was very obviously not her first language. She said she would ask about it. As we received our meal we find out that they’d already starting making the item in the back and also tried to charge us for it even though told them that we did not order or want the item. They also could not explain what the food item was and what it was made of so we didn’t feel comfortable trying it due to dietary restrictions. The rest of the food was underwhelming.
