The poppers are delicious, and the owner is so kind; I remember seeing him working alone, making those delicious treats. Besides, he was the one who taught me multiplication when I was in elementary school; despite this, my father took me there because I was a glutton. At least the multiplication lesson was fun.

When I made a return on 10/1/22, I decided to order a pack of three; however, I recognized him from my last encounter. I began to cry because it's so nostalgic, and it's been so long I never set foot to the beautiful business. After a conversation about the changes throughout the 2010s, he decided to give me 12 because he recognized me and my father; my father called me because he wondered where I am.

Once I left Charlie's Cheesecake Works, I began crying about the good times of learning multiplication in that business; thank you, Charlie, for teaching me how to multiply for elementary school mathematics. Never stop quitting the business as the cheesecake...

Visited this shop for the first time! It is truly a hidden gem in San Jose. The atmosphere was very homely and welcoming. This mom and pop shop is down to earth. I was referred by a friend, and this bakery exceeded my expectations. Charlie, the owner, is hardworking and devoted to his craft. I ordered the 12 piece family pack, and the assortment was delicious. Before processing my order, Charlie was kind to offer me a free sample! When I bit into the blueberry cheesecake, it was a slice of heaven, chill and refreshing on a warm day. I am certain to return back to this shop for all my cheesecake cravings! Best cheesecake ever!! I came here yesterday to try out some flavors for our wedding. I got the cheesecake poppers and they were 12/10. The strawberry, key lime and blueberry tasted so fresh and were absolutely delicious. Even the Cappuccino was incredible and I usually hate coffee flavored things. It tasted like delicious cheesecake with fresh coffee. Charlie was so nice and walked me through all the options. Will be placing orders for our wedding and coming here for future events.
