Waiting for a while in the line no one is serving. They serve one customer then went away. Couple of people left due tho the delay.
One guy showed up from the back but it’s seemed he is there only one working.
It is not the employees fault rather the management. Because you shouldn’t run the store with 1 employee.
This young guy was clearly overworked. This individual was responsible for managing the register, serving customers, and handling delivery drivers and their pickups—all on his own.
While it’s clear that Chipotle has experienced significant growth and success, especially since the pandemic, it’s crucial to remember that treating employees well is fundamental to maintaining this success. Overworking staff not only affects their well-being but also impacts the overall customer experience.
A negative work environment, under-appreciation and bad management can lead to high volume of dissatisfied customers. It’s important to invest in your employees and management, ensuring they are well-supported.
Consider the example of K-mart, which once thrived but eventually went out of business partly due to poor management decisions, such as hiring inexperienced staff for management to cut costs.
I have had bad experience in this chipotle before. Of then they ran out of some items in the evening as well.
Look at other google reviews lots of people had similar bad...
Read moreHands down the worst experience I've had at any Chipotle location. When we reached the counter to begin our order, the employees were standing talking to each other - obviously ignoring myself and the other customers in the restaurant. A woman who apparently doesn't speak English began taking my order. I discovered that the only protein options were the chicken and sofritas, so I was unable to order the Chicken Al Pastor that has been advertised recently. I asked her when the other protein options were going to be available, but she just laughed uncomfortably and didn't say a thing. Then, almost immediately after my bowl had been sealed, the woman standing around, talking to the cook in the back, brought up a container of Chicken Al Pastor. They were also out of cheese, somehow. The cashier was using someone else's login, someone by the name of Justin. Halfway through ringing up my order, some random man walked up the cashier with a Monster energy drink - which she promptly turned around and took to the back without saying a word to me, leaving me standing at the register by myself with card in hand. On top of that, the Chipotle app is completely broken, and the promise of "points" per purchase is false. I will absolutely not be returning to this location - if I return to any Chipotle, for...
Read moreHad the worst experience at a restaurant till date here. We clicked couple of pictures of the ambience to write this review. But, in turn we were asked at the check out if were taking a video of him. After I have politely answered that we are just clicking pictures of the ambience, he was still repeating, don't take videos of me. After few minutes, the manager came from inside and asked us to step out as we made them uncomfortable. The guys from adjacent table also started questioning the manager of what was happening. She(the manager) was not even ready to hear anything, just went inside banging the door. We came out of the restaurant after all the mess they made. The lady at the counter who gave us the lids for the bowls was apologizing for what has happened. Absolutely rude, unacceptable and unpleasant environment. Please look through the pictures attached to understand what has happened. If you are so uncomfortable with it, please post a note to not take photos/videos inside and restrain the store from being on...
