Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

First time at this location, I don't think the structure of the entrance is healthy, it has you standing on one another while you wait and then moving back forth so delivery people go in and out, truly inconvenient. Now I get the world is changing but to have to pay for commodities like pizza sauce/marinara for the garlic bites has really gone beyond me, little Ceasars charges extra, roundtable doesn't even charge and they are literally the first ones the kids choose, but I grew up with Domino's and I love the taste. Anyhow People cut the line because its cluttered and instead of staff saying hold on they were before you to correct the situation, its the person waiting inline who has to do it. Hopefully Domino's Franchise owners could do away with the corporate marinara sauce because just cupping the pizza sauce on the side like the others do and give atleast one complimentary for garlic anything will boost...

But the staff didn't tell me the Chili flakes was charged for $1.50 when I asked for it. He added the charged without notifying me. Yo me, this is not honest!

Also, I paid by the gift card, and paid cash for the rest of balance due. It was $6.69, but the staff told me $7, and neither no returning me the changes, nor giving me the receipt. I asked for the receipt, then that is what I found out. I hope the owner can read my review and talk to his employees about it.

So, I gave 5 stars 2 months ago, now, change to 2 stars. 2 months ago: This is the first time I got high quality of Domino's Pizza. So impressed! We will definitely come to this location when we want Domino's Pizza. But we will order light cheese or light sauce in the future, normal ones are too...

We just ordered one wisconsin six cheese pizza and one extravaggenza. Both were excellent. I think these pizzas were the best compared to all domino pizzas I've experienced both in NY, CA, TX.

The store is in a new building-and it seems that they recently opened. It had higher ratings compared to other locations, so I was expecting that something must be better than other "average" domino places.

One thing I noticed was that they put a lot of ingredients/toppings--unlike other places that just use little, they make sure that they put all ingredients and as a result, the taste/flavor is so much richer than other places' pizzas. Also they pizzas were not over-cooked, it was just right. A far superior quality than I expected. I would definitely come buy pizza from this location again.

I ask the owner of this store to keep up...
