The Pizza Box — Restaurant in San Jose

This is my first time visit to pizza box and I was very impressed and amazed at the giant pizzas they make! Wow we ordered ahead and by the time we got there the pizza was ready. Great customer service from probably the owner and operator as cashier that goes by the name of "Daatsah"?

Daatsah? is very kind so everyone that stops by should greet her by her name and smile because this place is unique. The only reason why I know her name is because on my 1st visit, I inquired n that's important to greet people by their name especially if you visit often folks! It's called "common courtesy"& from what I have heard, many people I've been visiting for many years 2...

I've been to this restaurant for years. I've always ordered big pizzas and they were always made fresh. It's obvious.

However during my past 2 visits I've only ordered a general slice of pizza. 1 cheese, then 1 pepperoni slice. Both of these times you could tell the pizza was probably not picked up and recycled to be sold to another customer.

I will not be coming back here. How little pride in your restaurant can you have to do this to a paying customer. Just leaves a bad taste...

Not bad…. The place isn’t the fanciest but isn’t terrible either. The pizza is well cooked and pretty tasty. The pizza took a little long but not to the point where I’m grunting… but it took a little bit. The lady taking my order was a little slow and might have been a bit passive aggressive but she wasn’t bad. Also keep in mind before you come in that it is cash only but if you forget there’s a ATM. But I would recommend coming here if you want a quick bit for a good price....
