Launderland II — Local services in San Jose

I love washing hair I've been going here for over about maybe 25 years when the other owners had it but lately it has going down. I came on a Sunday cuz I needed to do my clothes wash for work for my uniform and the lady was too charity selling shoes when she's not supposed to you should be doing her job by cleaning the dryers a lot of customers were coming in and didn't know where to drive because she had all the tires machines unavailable for her to continue cleaning up it took her about hour and a half to get her job done poorly...

This place is lucky to even get one star. The old Indian guy that’s the owner is very rude and not courteous at all to the customers doing Landry. The employee her is okay. The manager has no experience with helping customers in need of help. He ignores people doing laundry. Bathrooms is dirty the sink is broken and the guy here doesn’t care at all. The dryers is free which is great but doesn’t dry most of your clothes. I’m not coming back...

if I could give zero stars, I would worst service ever they need to fire the Mexican lady that works there. She’s so rude. Never wants to help anyone always bringing random old guys to come and help her do her job anytime. Someone asks her for help she says I don’t have to listen to you. I’ll do it on my time no longer going there....
