DO NOT come here one of the workers named AMAYA had the worst attitude ever I was being super polite to her and when she made my drink it was all milk I asked her nicely if she could add just a teeny bit more of the powder and she said it costed extra but I told her why if it was literally all milk and keep in mind the drinks there are not that cheap to just accept it and leave it as that. She also withheld my drink when I called her out on her behavior and keep in mind I was just giving honest feedback because she was not hiding her bad attitude at all. I'm Mexican and I honestly believe it was out of racism. I've worked in customer service for almost 4 years and I've never acted like that towards any customer especially rude ones and that should say a lot. Me and my sister were honestly just trying to have a good day and she ruined it for us, I did not even want to drink the drink anymore, her energy was so bitter. Please to whoever reads this get her fired she cannot talk to people that way. It's understandable to have a bad day i'm all about looking at different perspectives but hers was inexcusable she also said "Ew" to me when I asked for my drink because she got offended and wouldn't give it me , also not only that when she was fixing my drink in front of me she took the top off and threw it like it was contaminated. The newest location to open from Dunkin'. This location is pretty cool. As you walk in you get to feel the openness of it. High ceilings that dont make you feel like you are in a typical donut shop. What also sets it apart is the cool mural that is blasted on the wall behind the counters. Certainly feels like dunkin' is showing love to San Jose. I was going to post the pictures of this said masterpiece. I decided not to. Go show love back and enjoy something from their menu, and take in the artwork. It will not disappoint.
This location has a young crew working there. So they are a bit out of tune. Some orders take a bit longer than others. This location did pretty good overall in service. The line was pretty consistent. As for a minute you see one or two customers in line, and then a small wave comes in. This makes the line almost out the door. An excellent stress test they bend, but they did not break.
You can also tell that it is a fresh crew as the drinks taste like they were meant. I ordered the blueberry pomegranate. The taste has made me a fan. I had ordered from another location which the after-taste was medicine like. You'd figure they would have it down since the other location has been running for years. Not the case here. Read moreI went into the dunkin’ donuts on foxworthy this morning and everything went as usual until i got to the register, this young girl was standing there and as i walked up she just looked at me and didn’t say a word. so i started to order and she was putting it all on the screen. i told her good morning and got no response, she was also wearing one airpod in her ear which is very poor service if you ask me. i paid for my drink and donut and she made the whole drink wrong. i order the same thing every time i go in and i watched her make it totally incorrect. After she finished the drink she handed it to me and i said thank you and she just looked the other way and started to walk away. as she walked away i said “your welcome” and she turned around and just gave me a smirk. This is terrible costumer service and she should be talked to about how to treat people and make drink correctly. she had no energy and was sluggish the whole time.
