I have made like 4 orders from this place now. The first 3 were door dash and the most recent time was in person and I have to say this is my new favorite boba place!! Their tea is always perfectly sweetened, this is one of the only places that I have found where you can essentially create your own fruit tea (such as picking flavors not just toppings), and the food is delicious. When going in person their space was very cute and looks well maintained. Iā€™ve gone to so many boba shops before and Iā€™m shocked I hadnā€™t heard of this place until now. Highly recommend!!

One of the bubble tea shop that opens after 10pm. The shop has a nice ambience atmosphere and amazing decorations. Spacious seatings, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was quick in preparing bubble tea and snacks. We ordered one milk tea, one egg coffee and one pandan waffle. I love the pandan waffle, smells good and not so sweet. Just enough for my preference. The egg coffee was good, but the milk tea was a bit sweet for me. This is a great spot to come and hang out with friends. We came in a group of 4 and we stayed until 9pm.

Helen and Tracy were super friendly, a bunch of us went after dinner, I don't drink tea at night and I don't like sugar, they showed me all the options, I end up getting the passion fruit with 25% sugar and it was perfect to my liking, they even added bubbas for us after I placed the order, super accomdating! my friend ordered rice papers(I think it's a Vietnamese salad) to go and it looks awesome, would repeat when I'm in the neighborhood and try that dish out.

Helen and Tracy were super friendly, a bunch of us went after dinner, I don't drink tea at night and I don't like sugar, they showed me all the options, I end up getting the passion fruit with 25% sugar and it was perfect to my liking, they even added bubbas for us after I placed the order, super accomdating! my friend ordered rice papers(I think it's a Vietnamese salad) to go and it looks awesome, would repeat when I'm in the neighborhood and try that dish out.

"I've been a loyal customer of Hello since 2023, and I absolutely love their tea. I spend around $20-30 every day at their establishment. However, I'm extremely disappointed with their policy of not serving NO ice. As a customer, I believe I have the right to customize my drink to my liking. Unfortunately, they recently refused to serve me because I requested NO ice to my greentea. I find this policy inflexible and frustrating. I hope the owner will reconsider this policy and listen to customer feedback. After all, as a paying customer, I should have the freedom to decide how I want my...
