Food was so so, service was worse. 3 of us for a late lunch, separate checks. I was the last to order. I order the sunomono salad, Garlic Scallops, grilled oysters and Yam Fries. 1st person adds a side of yam fries to her order. 1st person gets al 3 items she ordered. 2 person gets all 3 items she ordered. I get my Garlic Scallops. Then both yam fries show up. We are eating and talking and I realize I haven't got all my food. I ask waitress where the other two items are; she is like "oh they are coming". So my friends and I keep eating and talking. Next thing ya know we are all done with the food we've received and my friends are ready to go. So we flag down the waitress and ask if Salad is ready. She says it coming. I hear telling cook to make the salad. The waitress didn't put in the order for my salad when I ordered. They didn't make the salad when I ordered it. We flag the waitress. I tell her to cancel it we are done. She says OK, what about the oysters. I think for a second, there is only 2, so I tell her yes to the Grilled Oysters. A couple minutes later waitress shows up with salad that I canceled. I send it back. My friends are done eating; I'm not gonna have them sit there for another 15 minute watching me eat a salad. Then she brings the 2 Grilled Oysters smothered with hot sauce. No where on the menu did it say there was hot sauce on the oysters. I box them to go (someone at my house will eat them). At no time did the waitress come to check how we were doing or if our drinks needed filling. We had to flag her down for chopsticks napkins, refills, to go boxes and even the bill. The only thing here that I recommend is the...

I recently visited this place and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I arrived at 9:33 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, only to be told that dine-in was no longer available. This was despite a printed sign stating that dine-in is allowed during open hours. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissed it and insisted the dining area was closed.
The interaction was far from professional. The server called out to me from across the room rather than approaching to take my order, forcing me to ask them to come closer so I wouldn’t disturb the other customers. Additionally, when I asked for the owner’s contact information to discuss the issue, the staff seemed reluctant to provide it, which felt evasive and unprofessional.
The lack of clear communication about policies was frustrating. If dine-in service ends at 9:30 PM, why not post this on your door or menu instead of leaving customers confused?
I live nearby and used to visit regularly, but this experience has me rethinking my loyalty. If you care about your customers, I suggest improving staff training, clarifying policies, and ensuring your signage reflects accurate information.
Ps: I would have spent more...
Read moreThe weather was freezing cold and I got lazy to cook. So I decided to try this place out after I accidentally saw it for the first time picking up Starbucks.
I was mad annoyed at first that the entire menu has almost no photo but hey, they are certainly entitled to give zero effort for their pricing. GODMN!! $13 something for a bake Lion king is unheard of.
It’s most definitely not cheap but quite affordable. For 3 rolls and 2 entrees accompany with miso soup/salad, I paid about $90. I got the North, Spider-Man, and LionKing rolls. Can you tell which is which? Me neither. Hella have no idea what the heck they were even when comparing to the description on the menu. I liked the one with the salmon and crab meat.
But did you look at the meat ratio to the rice portion of my chicken and beef teriyaki?!? That is GENEROUS even tho neither the chicken nor beef look any different. Get the beef tho.
Now taste wise, the food came out COLD. But what matter is that you will 100% got bang for your buck even tho dine in seems to have a bigger portion compared to togo from the review photo.
The only thing impressed me the most was the way they organize their seating. Look at how many parties they can fit in that tiny...
