KFC — Restaurant in San Jose

On May 22,24 @11:26am we had the pleasure to Discover a KFC. After a long morning at the hospital… we had a coupon for 9pc and 2 smashed potato and gravy and 4 biscuits.we also asked for a side of coleslaw. So are order was ready and Mateo the cashier said there’s no biscuits and we only gave you 3 and added a small drumstick to your order cuz the biscuits would be ready for 20 minutes I said just give me more gravy. He sad no. Mind you I have a disabled dad with me and I couldn’t wait 20 minutes.. I’m also very disappointed that we arrived home and our order was still not complete we were still missing The smashed potato and gravy like the coupon stated instead, he put coleslaw I truly don’t get it fast food employees want to make $20 plus an hour, but they can’t even get an order right. I love this place! We went to the Winchester and needed to get something for dinner and it being like 10:30 at night the options were limited but these guys were open! They are a combination of KFC and taco bell and everything we got was absolutely grubbin! We stayed at a hotel for the night (the row hotel) and it was like a 2 minute drive from there or a 7 minute walk. They don't have a drive thru which is kinda a bummer but that's alright because then I would've missed the awesome decor inside! This giant ring with the cup or bucket (my husband and I could agree in what it was) but was like stepping back into the 90s where places were more homely instead of a sad plain box building most places have "upgraded" to.
