When we arrived in the store we just wanted to ask them what time they are open for Tuesday so we can order for our party. But the lady at the rice station was so rude. She just wanted us to order from her side and didn't let us to see the other egg rolls side to order for our party. She was screaming and kept yelling you have to come here to order, and we kept asking what time are you open on Tuesday so we can order. We kept asking 5-6 times, but she just kept yelling you have to come here to order. And didn't let us have a chance to ask or see the other side. One of the customers there heard that and helped us. He repeated 3 times. She still didn't get it. When she understood what we were asking she still would not tell us what time they are open on Tuesday. She told us to go outside in front of the door to see the store hour vs she is just telling us right there. The way she talked was so rude and didn't listen what the customers want. The only thing in her mind is customer has to come to her to order and customer couldn't have a chance to see an other side of the store where they have a lot of egg rolls and We went there just for the egg rolls. I am NOT recommend to anyone. I guess they don't care about their customers. Her attitude is just way to much. The store may loose more customers soon by her attitude. In san Jose is plenty of restaurants sale egg rolls. I dont need to go there to see her bad attitude. I looked at her and think It's just a joke. She should be retrained again. NO...
Read more0 stars if that was an option. Cashier charged me extra for the spring rolls. My friend went back to the same cashier to request a refund, and the cashier pretended to not know there was a $2 sign (discounted as they were closing soon) and that she had rang me up (kept asking "who rang you up") until my friend received a refund.
As they were closing the store soon, I asked about my egg rolls, and a different lady told me in Vietnamese, "Oh, sorry, the chef already went home." I told her I had already paid for the egg rolls, to which she stated she would check and to wait a few more minutes for the egg rolls and gave me some BS chuckle/laugh. HUH, WILL YOU LOOK AT THAT. A whole batch of fresh eggrolls came out, I received my egg rolls and made sure there were 6 (there were). But my friends and I were beyond angry that they obviously tried to screw me over. If I hadn't checked, I am certain their intention was to take home the fresh batch of egg rolls for themselves.
The $7 entree was not even good -- the chicken curry and spare ribs were too salty and the fried rice was too dry. The egg rolls did not live up to the hype -- not enough meat...
Read moreThis place really sucks! Some of the workers are really rude and don't know a thing about customer service. Whenever I come to this King Eggroll I have to wait 5 minute for someone to notice me and let me order or I have to ask someone if I could order. Whenever I go to get har gow ( the shrimp dumplings) and the pork buns they are always out. I have been to the store 5 times and every single time I have been their they said they were out! The first time i went to see if they had the har gow and pork buns they simply told me they were out, the second time i went there they said they don't make it after 2 PM. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT BEFORE AND WHY DON'T YOU MAKE THEM AFTER 2 PM!!! The third time I went it was around 1:10 PM and they said they didn't have any. I went back two more times before 1 PM and they were still out. How can you they always be out of what I cant to order, I would hope they would notice that they run short on har gow and the pork buns and make more but I guess they are not the smartest people. Sorry if I seem rude but I am just really...
