If you're looking a place to get custom jewelry done, this is the place! I've been looking for jewelery stores that offer solid gold selections for custom earrings, and they only do 18k which is perfect for me! Ann primarily works with me to turn my 3D model along with measurements and alterations into reality by working with their design team.

I felt like I was miscommunication and not giving clear information at times but Ann was patient and was able to navigate with my requests and accommodation well! She provided renders of the changes requested and was very professional and accommodating! My design was great but it was enhanced a lot more with the help of Ann and their design team! Especially since it was designed for daily wear, the weight and comfort were the biggest factors that played into the final product.

Lucy was also very helpful, friendly, and accomodating when coming in to give the deposits and picking up the jewelry since my schedule didn't align to pick up with Ann. I have shopped in the past and browsed their selections and I was always intrigued to get custom jewelry made! As a 3D Artist, it's a dream come true to be able to model a piece of jewelry and have it custom made with solid gold!

I've always wanted Yor Forger anime earrings in solid gold since all the coaplay earrings are brass plated in gold, which tarnishes and not meant for daily wear. This will now be my daily earrings forever...

I took in a family heirloom diamond to get it GIA certified after years of having anxiety over it being an old diamond and if I ever lost it, I'd have no chance at identifying / proving / finding it again. Since it's from abroad over 40 years ago, it doesn't have any inscription or ID method.

I was even nervous about going through the process because I wasn't sure if I could trust the postal system and everyone involved in the process until the diamond came back to me.

I got the diamond back in 2-3 weeks (much shorter than we estimated) and the team at Hung Phat USA was able to set the diamond back in the originally setting!!! I'm super happy with the overall customer experience and how Kris handled my concerns with genuine care...

Went to go check out some pave diamond bracelets with my mom…..but didn’t think I would walk out with one.

I wanted a pave diamond bracelet to sit flush with my Cartier bracelet. I saw one all ready to go but it was a little bit rounder than I liked (Cartier bracelets are kinda oval). So Bao Khanh suggested she reshape it. I wasn’t prepared so I didn’t have the screw to take off my Cartier bracelet. It was all good bc she ended up just eyeballing it; she did an AWESOME job. She also added the link on the side for extra security (per my request).

I spent a fraction of the price compared to other jewelry stores; I saved about 25-30% of retail and the quality of these diamonds, although small, are really good. And they have a lifetime guarantee; if any of the diamonds fall out, they will replace it.
