King Kong NY Pizza (Willow glen) — Restaurant in San Jose

This place has gone downhill in service and quality. They’re skimping on toppings too. My last pizza was for my kids and they even said it was pretty bad (and they eat frozen pizza a lot of the time). There was barely any sauce and cheese and the crust was as hard as a rock. Not exaggerating, it was on par with Chuck E Cheese, which is nothing to brag about. Not sure what’s going on but I don’t order from the Willow glen location anymore. Last time I called to put in an order the lady who took my order had absolutely no intrapersonal skills. She never clarified my order and hung up on me. When I called back to check that she got my order and get a total cost, she was irritated, and gave me attitude like I did something wrong. Completely unaware of how awkward her social skills were. Went in at 2:30pm on a wednesday, no problems parking in the free street parking area. Could have easilt found a seat to eat at if we didnvt choose to get food for take out.

Food was great especilaly for the value relative to the amount of food you get. Ordered a king kong sized meat lover's pizza and it was good.

Service was great relative to what you would expect in a pizza spot and what service can be offered when ordering take out.
