Manley's Donut Shop — Restaurant in San Jose

The donuts here are really yummy and soft, and I come all the time, atleast once a week... but the female cashiers are starting to bother me... they all rush u through the line which is always long and I always wait a long time because the donuts are so delicious. I always get a dozen. Sometimes I just have them pick the donuts and some times I pick myself. I know have a right to pick and choose, but I feel they get attitude if I choose the donuts. I always know what I want, but maybe I'm not fast enough for them?? Sadly, I THINK I AM NOT GOING TO THIS DONUT SHOP ANYMORE since on Friday ... the cashier grabbed the money from my hand and was even more rude to me when I called her out on it. She slammed some change down on the counter and she said a bunch of stuff under her breath, as she walked away and I walked out. Not professional. The cashier(s) NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL...

Donuts are great when they're available. The store hours are posted as open 5:30 am which they NEVER are until later. I see on this web site they open at 6:00 which is closer to the truth. Please change your store hours to reflect what you do. Early in the A.M. only some of the donuts are prepared. No jelly, no cream filled until later when the staff is more prepared. I have to change to a donut shop that opens at 5:30 a.m. to fit my work schedule...

All Manley’s aren’t created equal and this one is tops IMO. I’m a donut lover and this place makes a soft pillowy raised donut. Sugar is my favorite accompanied by the chocolate glazed old fashioned. The make breakfast sando’s, serve hot coffee and have a fridge filled with breakfast beverages (7-11 in the same shopping center). Private parking off of Camden Ave and Doordash...
