Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

We started going to this location 25 years ago but then stopped going a few years ago when the manager made some very racist comments to us. We had an event coming up and wanted to spend it at this location due to childhood memories. We called and asked to speak to the manager and the man on the phone said he was the manager. We simply asked "has the ownership changed recently" and he responded by saying "none of your business" then hung up on us. Clearly the ownership is the same... from racist comments to absolute disrespect. The owner is very degrading to minorities and women, and we do not feel safe here. How dare you treat paying customers like this. I hope you have the day that...

The manager is the rudest individual you can find in the charge of a restaurant. We liked this location because we had a lots of memory from my dad. We stopped going there few years ago because of the bad attitude of the manage and the employees and it is evident in between the lines of the reviews and wanted to see if he is still there and asked if the management is changed and he answered as rude as he is and hung up. I’ll definitely take it up with the round table headquarters and BBB after the holiday to find out why an individual with this attitude is in charge of one of their restaurants. Their food is below average anyway and all of their locations stink...

Very disappointed today. We’ve frequented this location many times and usually order online, we’ve never had an issue until today. Placed an order for pick up, the time given for pick up was 6:15. Upon arrival at around 6:20 my husband was informed that the pizza hadn’t even been made because they didn’t receive an order, even though I received an order confirmation which was shown to them. The employees working did not offer anything to make up for their mistake and were not apologetic whatsoever. Very disappointed.
