McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

The breakfast here is usually great compared to other McDonald's locations nearby. The breakfast sandwiches are fresher bread and ingredients. However on the contrary there is 1 Hispanic manager that always has a bad attitude towards customers for some odd reason. I made a comment to her once expressing that she shouldn't take her anger out on customers like she does, plus that's terrible for her co workers as well. She didn't respond nor apologize. She just ignored me with an angry smirk on her face, rolling her eyes. She was with a customer at the time and she slammed down their change on the counter and walked away to the back, not a word, no thank you to the customer, nothing. If you don't like your job, please take vacation or consider another profession. It's not fair to anyone else trying to have a great day. There are 2 other very nice latina women in the morning that are always respectful and courteous to customers. Food is great in the morning. Orders are usually accurate. If they aren't they do correct it promptly without question. Nice about the situation Cleanliness, the janitor Jose works very hard. He is very meticulous about the restaurant. I hope they pay him well because he deserves it. Service is good however anyone walking in can expect to be waiting for their order 2 to 3 times longer than going through drive through. I can't tell you how many times I have walked in, waited at least 10-15 mins just for someone to come to counter then 2-3 cars will have gone through drive through before I even got my food and I ordered before they did. I went to this McDonald's on 5/3/20(second to last day for the free healthcare meal). I work with autism kids and my job has me working right now and says I'm a healthcare worker. I ordered the free healthcare meal, but when I got to the second window the guy was staring at my work badge for a few seconds then told his coworker or manager. She said you can't get the free meal, even though my badge had my name on it and even showed the back side with a picture of my ID. She said my name tag needs to have the work number on it and she walked away before I could respond, which was really rude. Plus my badge doesn't come with any numbers on it. I went to this McDonald's a week ago in the morning and was able to get the free healthcare meal with no problem. I told them that I had gotten it before at this locations and other locations with no issue, but the guy said I can't give it to you. I just left without saying anything after that because I had to go to work without eating anything for breakfast. No need for me to go to this location anymore if customer service is like this from what seems like...

This evening was completely ruined for me and my children. We decided to see a movie and stop by the nearest McDonalds beforehand. Not wanting to waste time, we went to the drive-thru. We ordered a few pies and a coffee, we were then informed that they did not have ANY pie. Disappointed, we ordered a few cookies, we were then informed that they didn't have ANY cookies. The man working the 8:00 pm shift told us that they only sell sandwiches and fries. In disbelief we settled on ordering a couple of milkshakes and some waters. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until we got to the window. At the window the man told us that they had no milkshakes or coffee (that we had previously ordered). He then told us to go to Homestead because they carry "probably sell some pies over there.
