McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

Today, i went into McDonald just for a large Fanta soda. $1.09 drink just to leave upset. Here how this went down and tell me if i was wrong. I place my debit card into the machine. The machine said remove card, processing. The lady who was rude training a new worker was not paying attention to her cash register nor me. I said your machine is frozen trying to get her attention. She look at the machine and then she said your card not work. I tried to explain what it reading but she argue without looking at what I am seeing on the other end of her cash register card display.The machine was like frozen. I been to the dollar tree and burger king and so on. They hit a button and then it go from there. The manager who refused to give me her name came over and said my card has been denied. I said it has not. Ask if i can try my card again. I was denied and told I had to use another card. I said there nothing wrong with my card.. (ssi) and that I wanted to do it again. She hit a button and in a rude way.. back up and said go ahead and put her hand out like she saying... be my guest in a jester that I am stupid and this will prove it. It went through. Under her breath she said a rude remark so I said what are you stupid. She reply.. me stupid, you stupid.. got hot under her collar and act like she wanted to jump over the counter and fight me. I ask her name, she screamed out, why you want my name, which she refused to give me after i said I will be making a complaint. As soon as I step back, within second, she so eagerly said here your drink with a look of satisfaction on her face. Never seen them ever move that fast even with a drink which made me question myself. She upset one moment and now, it like seeing Cinderella being giving that apple. She seem to untrustworthy so I throw my soda out the window with thought knowing she probably spit in my drink.. just for a dollar. All this over 1 dollar. Was having a great day til i walk into McDonald's now my happy meal became a meal I regretted just walking into McDonald's for just a cold dollar large orange fanta drink. 7-11 is now my place. Never again.. McDonald's. Rude and unsatisfactory services for the employees who either don't like certain races or just there jobs.Either way, McDonald's hired them and are more responsible for there actions then they are for coming to...

I went with my girlfriend, we had a mobile order at drive thru with two ice cream cones. It took us a while to get through and by the time we got our cones they were completely melting in the car. We went back through and the guy on headset was nice and said we can remake the order. We went to the front window and the people at the window were very clueless, didn't understand the question and when we asked for our cones remade the manager in charge inderectly calls my girlfriend a liar, gave my girlfriend a look of disbelief and a smirk and when my girlfriend said to check with the guy on headset and he said that he let them know and we could reiterate. The manager then says that we ate them and came back for more and that they weren't melted, and we tried telling her the guy on headset said that we could get the cones. The manager then laughed at this reasonable request, and ended up giving me the money back. We also told the manager that the guy on headset told us he told them our request. My girlfriend works at a chick fil a and knows how a cone order is supposed to be made. You print the ticket, and when the car gets to the window, you make the cone fresh . the window person should communicate with the people making desserts. The manager was very rude and disrespectful and let's just say, I'm thoroughly disappointed in this location. Best part is when my girlfriend asked for her name, she said that she didn't get to have her name and laughed at us again.

When we left, my girlfriend broke down in tears .

My girlfriend was openly bullied by the manager.

We are not ever coming back to this location.

There's a reason employees quit when they have managers like you contribute to high turnover.

This is the first time I'm ever writing a review because THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I just got the Minecraft happy meal and I was looking forward to this because I love Minecraft. First of all, the lady didn't give me any of the NETHER sauce AFTER I had asked for it, The whole point of the meal is that there's a new sauce and a toy in the happy meal. I got everything but the sauce but that's THE POINT OF THE MEAL. I'm enraged because I'm already having a BAD day and your incompetent workers just made it worse. Also, The employee literally doesn't speak English, usually this wouldn't be an issue but I was looking forward to trying to new sauce that isn't even the WORSE part, She agave me the wrong amount of change?? I'm enraged, and honestly you're better off going to another location, NOT ONLY are the cashiers not good at their job but the service is also so slow.. it took over 15 minutes to order and get my food, "Fast food" more like slow food.. the only good factor about this place is that when you order a fountain drink, you can refill it yourself. THAT'S IT. My day is ruined even more and the cashier pissed me off because how are you a cashier and you can't even do your job right or understand what the customer is ASKING FOR. I'm actually fuming and honestly, I should've been asking for a manager because what the hell was this service. I hope you get better employees or teach them how to work because this isn't working out.
