The last time I reviewed a McDonald's, I gave them a pretty good review. I was excited about improvements they made. Their service, I find, always very good. Their food, has been on the mark. People seem to always gripe about unhealthy fast food, but, I think there is a lot of hypocrisy there. Why? It's not rocket science to see, that when you stand in line, waiting to place an order, that, there is a line. Whenever, you're at a mall, and, there's a McDonald's at the Food Court, check out to see, which restaurant has the longest line. In fact, which restaurant, even has a line? It's always the McDonald's. I feel sorry for the others (restaurants). I see the caterers standing there, waiting patiently . . . like, someone sitting in a boat fishing, and, waiting, for that perverbial first bite . . even a nibble, would do. And, yet, nothing. In the meanwhile, anxious (McDonald's), customers, are being processed through the line, like a canning factory. Even, old Henry Ford, (if he were alive today), I bet, would be impressed by McDonald's output. People just can't wait, to eat that, so-called junk food, that, McDonald's is serving. But, I have to say, in McDonald's defence, that, they are just serving, what the public wants. And, when all your 40,000 restaurants, are pulling in a whopping $6 billion/yr. profit, can you blame them. And, this is after they've covered their $17 billion, in operating costs. And, this, is the surprising thing, they serve nutritious food as well. The milk, I get there is 1%. It doesn't get any healthier than that. And the 'Fish Felet, should provide your iodine dietary requirement. The coffee, I find, is always fresh. If, you were to go to a regular diner, chances are, you're likely, and, disappointingly, to get a stale, ranced, Luke-warm, cup of coffee. And, get socked almost $4, for it. And, to make matters worst, the cashier, follows up, with, "Oh! but be sure and have a nice day!" The audacity! I say. If everybody in the world . . or, so it would seem, is head over heels for McDonald's junk food, is this a lemming's attribute? Then, I think McDonald's has short circuited that view, by providing some healthy alternatives. In fact, I'd like to see some healthy cereal thrown in there, for another, even if subtle, alternative. It, would show their competitors, that they have no mercy . . Ha! And, just remember, on that coffee subject . . where can you get a senior coffee, for 97¢? And many McD's, offer a free refill, plus 5 packs of sugar, and, 3 cream, no less - if that fits your fancy. But, I do have one pet piece with McD's, but, it's not regarding their food. It's the internet service. If McDonald's has an 'Achille's Heel,' this would be it. But, maybe McD's has a reason for this . . and/or, they just don't care. With their kind of profit, it would be obvious. If you have to charge your cell phone, and/or, you want good internet service, then, you've come to the wrong place, by going to McDonald's. Best, to go to Panera, or, Starbuck's. I'm sure there maybe other choices, but, I've found these are good mainstay, alternatives. And Panera - though their prices are up there, a bit, has great sour dough French Bread; lots of pastry; soft couches; a good array of electrical outlets; a rewards program too; very friendly service, and, get this, a microwave. ...

They handed me practically raw fries today, and when i pulled back through the drive through they (just like always) told me to pull off to the side so their drive through timer doesnt go too high and make them look bad.
He said they are going to cook a new batch, and when he brought new ones to me they were exactly the same. When i told him these also arw only barely cooked on the outside (they were as white as they were before thrown in the fryer) he said "but theyre not RAW". Really guys???? And you want $15/hr????!!!!!! Oh, they also gave us diet everything for drinks and did not find out till i got all the way home. Avoid this location like the plague unless you want raw food! Go to the Plant location instead!!!!!
6/3/21 I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE BUT WHO DOES THAT FOR FAST FOOD!
I ordered and it went great. I went to the next window to pick up the food and drinks and the drinks were COVERED in soda so i asked the guy to clean them politely, then he proceeded to pick up a dirty towel from the ground and wipe of our drinks....ARE YOU SERIOUS! After i said something he just stood there staring at me and refused to help further, including pooring new sodas!
HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE!!!??? SINCE HE REFUSED TO GET ME ASSISTANCE FROM A A MANGER I LEFT AND CALLED WHEN I GOT HOME, AT WHICH POIT I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THEY SO GAVE US THE WRONG FOOD! I WAS TRANSFERED TO 3 PEOPLE WHEN I CALLED, DESPITE THE FIRST PERSON SAYING THEY WERE THE MANAGER, AND WHATS BEST IS STILLLLLLL THEY THEY REFUSED TO HELP!!!!!!!!!
I SINCE HAVE CALLED MY BANK AND THIS PLACE IS NOT GETTING MY MONEY!!!!!
Its funny how i have a terrible experience somewhere, then look at ratings when i leave a review to see other review ratings stating irs a TERRIBLE PLACE WITH LESS THAN 3-3.5 STARS!
UNLESS YOU WANT TO POTENTIALLY DIE BECAUSE THEY GET THE ORDERS WRONG AND SOMEBODY IS ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING NEEEEEEEVER EEEEEEEEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY...
Read moreOn 06/23 I came to this McDonalds location after picking my son up from school. We arrived at around 3:45 PM. The workers were working very hard and it was a busy kitchen at the time of my arrival.
A rude man marched in recording with his phone yelling at the employee Alan. I was extremely impressed at how Alan handled the situation. The customer was rude yelling commands into the kitchen at the workers.
Turns out the rude man wanted his food freshly made. When he was told to park and wait a few minutes so the food could be made fresh he parked and jumped out of his car with his family marched through the door yelling at the worker while recording on his phone.
He then proceeded to shout commands and continued berating the workers! I was with my son while this rude man was cursing and yelling. He was yelling about how he wants his food now!!! He was looking at his family telling them, “see this is why you record them so you can send it to corporate and get them fired!” He continued berating the employees talking about how this was going to cost them their job and they are going to get fired. He boasted about how he drives a BMW.
The worker Alan explained that the kitchen is working on his order and he would need to wait for his number to be called. The rude customer continued berating the employees and Alan asked the man to leave. Alan was extremely professional. The rude man yelled about how he wanted a refund and their attitude is bad! He continued berating the employees he cursed Alan out after Alan gave him his money back. Alan politely told the rude man that he is no longer welcome at this location and to not come back.
Moral of the story don’t be rude to employees at a business if all they are doing is trying to help you with what you wanted. People like that rude man disgust me and should be ashamed of their behavior.
Thank you Alan for keeping your cool. 😎 If I was you I would have gotten fired for giving him the reaction he wanted. I wish...
