As someone who generally avoids the East Side of town due to concerns about cleanliness, crime, I approached this particular Mountain Mike's location with a healthy dose of skepticism. However, my experience at this establishment has been nothing short of a pleasant revelation, as it stands out as the finest Mountain Mike's I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

From the moment of entry, the cleanliness of this restaurant is immediately apparent. This is a stark contrast to some of my prior preconceived notions about the area. The dining area is well-maintained, with spotless tables and a general air of tidiness that instills confidence. Coupled with the cleanliness is an undeniable sense of friendliness emanating from the staff. Every interaction, from placing an order to receiving my food, has been met with warm smiles and efficient service.

Perhaps most impressively, this Mountain Mike's manages to create a surprisingly quiet and peaceful atmosphere, despite its location. The reviewer acknowledges the "endless noise outside," specifically mentioning a persistent individual across the street preaching who knows what from a speaker – a situation that, if true, would likely violate San Jose municipal code regarding noise disturbances. Yet, within the confines of the restaurant, this external cacophony seems to fade into the background. The establishment has, in my experience, successfully insulated itself from these external annoyances, providing an isolated haven for diners seeking a relaxing meal.

Regarding the food itself, my experience has been consistently positive across multiple visits. I have yet to encounter a single incorrect order, which is a testament to the attention to detail in their preparation process. More importantly, the taste of the pizzas has never been in question; they are consistently delicious. A particular highlight, and a hallmark of this Mountain Mike's location, is the generous portioning of toppings. It's not uncommon to find yourself practically wrestling to prevent toppings from sliding off a slice, a welcome problem that signifies a commitment to quality ingredients and value for money.

Despite my usual reservations about this part of town, this Mountain Mike's is a standout. It’s a surprisingly pleasant and clean restaurant with a friendly atmosphere, and the pizzas are fantastic – generously topped and expertly made. It truly exceeded my expectations for a casual meal and proves a great dining experience can thrive anywhere. I enjoy it so much, even when dining solo, I often order enough to enjoy...

Sadly disappointed. I asked for A LARGE half and half, with twelve piece wings. They gave me a small and my food was cold/not as warm. $51.99 is An Over Charge regarding My Large half and half which I turn I received a small. I know their menu prices even for online orders. I'm also very afraid to use my debit card with them, also being an Indian owned restaurant, I fear their pettyness will control their emotions and use my Info for malice or malignant intents. Call stereotypical, but I never trust Indian owned businesses for their reputation. Sadly I can regret to say I will never come here or order from her again. I hope other customers don't receive this type of service from this place, and if they do they should not be afraid to speak...

I called and placed an order for a medium pizza and spoke with Rosie she said sit was going to be $25 dollars when I checked my bank account it was $45 dollars I called them back and spoke with Leslie I asked her if she was the manager and she said no, she transfer me to Rosie she said that the reason I was being charged $45 dollars was because they were charging me $22 dollars for a tip. A tip that I never authorize. She didn’t sound like a manager and she wasn’t helpful at all. I had to cancel my order and spent time on trying to figure out if they were going returned my monies. Now I’m worried that they have my information and that they can easily use my card again. I will never order a pizza from this...
