Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

We have ordered delivery from this place a handful of times, and every time we say it is the last time because it always takes over an hour (even though we order on slow nights, not during peak times)... but this time is REALLY the last! When placing my order online, I could not find where to add ranches to my order so I wrote it in two different comment sections that I wanted ranch. After over an hour of waiting (ordered at 8:18pm, called at 9:35pm), I called and the person that answered, looked up my order and said it was en route.. (no apology?) 20 minutes later it arrived. The delivery person gives me my pizza and I ask if they brought any ranch and the driver said, "Oh I was going to bring some but then my manager said not to because you need to pay for it....". I understand that this is JUST ranch dressing, life will go on without it, but by writing it in multiple comment spaces, I obviously wanted it. Why wouldn't they call me? They could have charged it over the phone... they could have brought it and let me give them cash... there are many ways this situation could have been better handled but between the attitude, the lack of customer service and the fact the pizzas always take more than an hour (sometimes even TWO!) I will never be a...

We ordered a Large pepperoni pizza for delivery that took one hour and 15 minutes to arrive, was luke warm, and the pepperoni was dried out. When I called to complain, I was transferred to the owner who told me I could come get another pizza in the morning after 11:00. When I said that was unacceptable, he got very irritable, started yelling, and finally said they would send another pizza. Overall, I would not order again from this location...However, I do want to compliment Celia, the delivery person on her professionalism and customer service skills--as annoyed as I was by the attitude of the owner, Celia's calm, apologetic tone (for something she didnt do) impressed me and totally made me feel better...Ok, gonna bump it from 1 to 3 ☆'s, because the 2nd pizza was really good! • Owner: Not Impressed • Delivery drvr Celia: Impressed • Pizza: 1 bad, 1...

Stingy with the pizza menu types offered for the buffet. Usually just one or two of the low-end items on the menu are served in the buffet. The quality of the pizzas are not at par with other outlets. Salad bar is not as good and stocked unlike other locations or outlets are, also. Service at the cashier is poor and a drag 🐌. Personnel starts cleaning up the premises and sweeping/mopping up the floors even while there are still customers, despite a full hour before closing time. A far outcry from the exemplary branch at Belmont along El Camino Real Ave. I've given the place several chances but it is a strikeout. 😒 Not returning to that...
