Great bagels, decent prices! Everything else is meh. Garbages were full. Table and counter surfaces were dirty. Cashier wasn't properly trained and I had to ask for a refund for the hot latte because she didn't know how to make it - she failed 3 attempts and took 20 minutes waiting for it while I ate & finished my sandwich, she continued to take more orders each time neglecting making the latte. The others were working in their silos (i.e. the bagel maker focuses on bagel making oblivious to what's happening in his surroundings - the place could be burning and he'd still be making Bagel sandwiches. Two other workers did the same - stuck in their silos unaware of bigger issues happening around them). I've never had such a horrible experience minus the decently made bagel sandwich. The manager did pop out and listened to my experience. He tried to remedy the coffee situation and made them himself free of charge. I don't think I'd go back again because of the overall experience. I did let the manager know about their full garbages and dirty surfaces. And told him that the cashier needed additional training and the location needed to be on their game because they weren't. He seemed sorry and receptive to my comments though.

I have lived in California for 18 years and every weekend we go to different areas of the bay to have lunch and stay in a cafeteria, work online and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. On Easter Sunday we went to Willow Glenn, one of my favorite neighborhoods. We wanted to have something light for lunch because we had a very abundant breakfast at home. We were going to a particular place because we like their salads, but there were many people waiting. That's why we went to Noah's NY Bagels for the first time. I ordered a Farmhouse: Cage free eggs, bacon, cheddar, pepper smear on six cheese gourmet bagel and my husband a Breakfast BLT. Both were delicious. We also order smoothies. The staff is very attentive and the service was fast and efficient. We will return for sure. I highly recommend this place for a yummy snack.

Always a fan of Noah's bagel! Especially here on Lincoln, but a bit disappointed with my order today. The Jalapeño cheddar is always my go to, but when there are no Jalapeños left on the bagel after toasting or making the sandwich it really defeats the purpose of the bagel. Was left with 1 tiny Jalapeño 😔 Decided to try the Texas Brisket this morning and it was WEAK! Hardly any brisket. One dab of Chipotle sauce and a Cheddar Jalapeño bagel with NO Jalapeños 😭. Breakfast fail for me today, but as always the staff & service is great which deserves more than 5 stars, but the Texas Brisket sando just wasn't happening!

Natalie, I believe that is her name here for the manager. I reached out to her month ago for Small Elementary school Walkathon bagel donation request. She agreed to donate some bagels and gave me the exact time for pick up the day before the event. I thought how nice lady who just deserve some good rating here so I did. However, when I called few times to remind her no one ever pick up the phone. I had to go back twice and left my number incase she forgot. No one called me and one of the Employee said to come at closing time and wait. One hour before the pick up time, I get a call from the employee that they didn't have any leftover for donation. None of the other Noah's Bagel shop pick up the phone so they couldn't even tell me to go other locations. What a shame now it's too late for me to ask other bagel shops for any donations. I wasted so much time for nothing this place manager doesn't know how to treat any customers, definitely do not deserve the best rating that she begged for. So don't be fooled by the fake reviews here go somewhere else. There are plenty of better bagels shops near by with awesome...

My recent visit to this bagel shop was very disappointing. I placed an order for two sandwiches with sesame bagels and waited for 45 minutes, only to find out that they hadn't even started making my order because they didn't have sesame bagels. I had to ask for an update myself, and that's when they informed me of the situation.

What frustrated me the most was that they didn't communicate with me about the issue earlier. They could have let me know about the shortage of sesame bagels and given me the option to choose a different bagel or adjust my order. Instead, they left me waiting for almost an hour without any updates.

To make things worse, when they finally acknowledged the mistake, they didn't seem very apologetic or concerned about the inconvenience caused. They simply asked what bagel I wanted now, as if it was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the service I received at this bagel shop. While the food might be good, the lack of communication and customer service leaves a lot...
