There is something good and bad about eating fried chicken. Fried Chicken can be so tasty and I would say the flavor and spices of Popeyes chicken is better than KFC. But once you eat a few pieces, you can feel the grease and that's a bit on the bad side. From my visit to this location, I found the service to be very friendly at the cashier. We had a few questions about ordering wings and she kept yelling to the back line to ask such questions as "Do we sell wings?" She said our order would be mixed and we were expecting to get a few wings in our order. In the end, when we got home, there were no wings at all. We were disappointed since she said there was going to be some wings, but she didn't say how many. We also ordered a few large sides and they were nothing special, but not bad as well. The part I dislike the most is they limit only a few people in the store due to COVID and you are pretty much there to order and then you need to stand outside. It is very hard to hear them from outside when they call your number so after waiting a long time, I went inside to ask if my order was ready. Read moreLet me start with the experience today at this location at 6pm. I ordered for pick up Mix&Match Family Meal which include 24 pieces chicken wings and 4 sides plus an add-on drink. I ordered with my friend so we will split the order. Right after I got my order, I told her that she didnt' give me the drink. After I got my drink, I checked the bag and found out 2 sides of Coleslaw are missing, then I went back again. Good thing I chose to split the chicken in the restaurant without leaving. Then, 2 pieces were missing(only22) were in the box, then I went back again the 3rd time. I didn't even think they would make mistake on every single item, so I didn't check the sauce. Not a surprise, they didn't give me the Bayou Buffalo sauce. The entire time, I didn't hear any apology from the girl who packed the order. She just gave me the face like "oh". Even I said “thank you" every time she handed me the missing item, she ignored it and looked away. It is strongly recommended that your company needs to train the employees better with their work and improve the quality of service at this location. They said they cannot deliver it to me, nor can they refund me the drink, I could try to appeal online instead. This isn't great, but at least it is reasonable and makes logical sense since I ordered online. Until the MANAGER herself said to me on the phone "It is kinda on you, you should check your order".
