Fast Express Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in San Jose

I have been eating Pizza from these guys since I was in high school. I am not sure if we had google back then, lol. I thing we did but I don’t think it use to work like this and even if it did I sure didn’t know how to use it. Anyways back to the pizza. I like the fact that its small enough that the guys always remember What I order and it tastes exactly the same amazing way every time. I feel a different taste than most other places on even the bread it self, not sure if they use garlic bread or some combination of it. The toping are always fresh and tasteful. As far as the customer service I really have nothing bad to say. They have treated me great all the time even if its not the same person helping me. They will give you good options and recommendations to help you get better deals. Like I always say its good to visit places where the people like what they are doing, It shows. My favorite memory with calling them is when I moved out of the area. I stoped ordering from them for about a few years. When I called them back the first time I started ordering the same thing and the guy on the phone was able to guess what my second pizza was going to be. Now, that might be just a very populat pizza but it made me feel good, lol. The place is conveniently located on a small shopping center with not too much traffic so I like that, there is always a place to park. It’s also on the way to the mall so that is also a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who crave a old fashion pizza and not feel like you are eating cardboard. No offense five...

Was looking for a fast single slice of pizza to take for me on my drive back home to Monterey. Randomly picked this place to call although they do not have slices (Andy?) easily made me upgrade to a personal pizza, only $7.99 w/one topping (not skimmed!) it was ready extremely fast and he even crap about asking for ranch. Also got garlic cheesy bread as well BOTH delicious AND filling, will be 2 meals for me. The gentleman that helped me (Andy? Memories failing me)was one of the most sincerely nice, funny and just genuine hearted person I’ve encountered to since the beginning of the pandemic, alot of people now a days could take a lesson from him, sincerely and just for that I love this place, but good thing the food is also delicious. Bad experience overall they'll charge you for the pizza and then call back two weeks later demand they're money back service is crap the man who answers the phone is completely disrespectful and a waste of time be care please.
