Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

Disgusting!!! Half cooked pizza with ants all over my vegetables!! This location makes round table look so bad, it needs to be shut down for stealing people's money and serving unsanitary food. I cannot believe how unclean, unprofessional, and uncourteous, this location is. The customer service is awful. I ordered from this location three times this year 2 delivery and one pickup. The reason why I picked it up on the third one is because they could not get my pizza right the first two times on the delivery. The only thing I was asking is for my pizza to be cooked all the way through. I will never ever order from this location again. I feel I need to call corporate round table because this location is messing up a reputable name stealing people's money and giving half cooked pizzas to their customers which is unsanitary. I actually really enjoy Round Table Pizza but now I feel like I don't ever want to pay another $50 to any other Round Table location. Last week I paid over $50 for a pizza. Those of you who eat Round Table know that a large or extra large pizza cost 40 or $50. If I'm paying $50 for a pizza I deserve and expect my pizza to be made the way I like. I can easily go out and get a steak dinner for the same price and have my steak cooked perfect. They serve me a half cooked pizza not cooked in the middle and not cooked on 1/4 of the crust of the pizza, I asked for a refund or a new pizza they said no. Don't ever ever ever go or order from...

I ordered online a tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella. When I arrived to pickup there was no one else in the restaurant and three employees behind the counter, one at another register doing something and two discussing something at the register I was at. After 3-4 minutes there were a few comments between the three and they all walked away, not even acknowledging me yet. One went in the kitchen while one of the others asked the one nearest me to get her a couple sodas. After doing that I finally get acknowledged and gave my name for pickup. He turned around quickly grabbed my pizza from the warmer and handed it to me without comment. So I opened it and it did not appear to have any mozzarella on it so I asked if there was and showed it to him. He asked the other employee if it did while I showed her the pizza. She turned and called to the cook and asked her if she put mozzarella on it, the cook said yes she sprinkled it on there. So she turned to me and said yes it’s got cheese on it I said well according to your website it’s supposed to have fresh mozzarella and there’s obviously none on there. I took my pizza came home and sat down with my wife and after a couple bites from each of us we threw the pizza in the garbage and took some leftovers out of the fridge for dinner. Ordered from this round table for the first time in years and remembered why I stopped. The pizza was sloppily cut, the toppings were tossed on without a care, making for a sloppy and not so tasty pie. Hardly even looked edible. I get it’s a major chain, but, I would hope for some quality consistency.

I’ve got the same order from other pizza spots and they’ve come out looking far more appetizing than this.

Got some wings and I’m pretty sure the one I bit into may have been a little undercooked, but, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt those are shipped pre-cooked to the restaurants.

Definitely not worth the over $70 price tag after delivery fee and tip. Since they don’t use their own drivers anymore you can’t really stop the dasher to talk about the order. Very disappointing.
