Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

I don't leave a lot of reviews unless it's absolutely merited. You have to be really good or pretty bad for me to leave a review so here it is. This place was just okay I waited about 20 plus minutes in line when I got to the counter the lady wasn't very open to listening I had to repeat my order couple times which was bad because there was at least seven people behind me in line that I've been waiting practically the whole time I was they put their online orders before in-store customers probably because in-store customers are less likely to leave a review but most of these in-store customers were elderly people which probably don't write reviews anyway and can't do anything about the service or don't know how like writing a review so I think that was pretty jacked up. But once shift change came in and gave the girls a break the new girl was super fast had my order out within 4 minutes and I was on my way tasted the drink it was okay it was what I ordered so that's good not the best I've ever had but not the worst either she did good with what she had the new girl thanks New Girl. This is one of my favourite starbucks location.

Pros: There is plenty of parking. Wifi is quick and reliable like most starbucks locations. There are plenty of charging sockets. There is good indoor and outdoor seating. There is a good lively vibe on both Weekdays and weekends. It is maintained very clean. I cannot say this about every starbucks I have been too. Service is prompt and the baristas are very friendly.. There is multiple restrooms.

Cons: I can't think of too many cons. If I am being picky, I would have to say that some of the other starbucks I have been to have more comfortable chairs. They close at 7 on weekdays and weekends. I feel like at this location they could easily have enough buisness even by keeping it...

Ordered online nitro cold brew with vanilla cream, went to pick up and discovered that I god a regular cold brew with vanilla cream instead. Asked if the nitro machine was broken and received a nitro cold brew without anything as a replacement drink. No vanilla cream, no apologies. The dude just turned away from me and continued talking to his colleague. It wasn’t crowded, the dude was just careless. So I got two drinks, and each of them was not...
